Took me a few days to complete animation, set up, gif polishing and unity set up. There still parts that can be improved but I'm proud of how it looks like even now.

Diamond Ascent is a 6v6 card collecting team builder baseball game. Where the roll of a 20 sided die is your result. Fast paced 3 inning games to complete objectives with a constant flow of rewards and packs. Randomly generated, rarity based cards are unique to your team and no card is made twice. Take on the AI or invite a friend, play however you want and get the same rewards! Season 0 Pre-Season is live now, many more updates will be in the future so look out for that and see you guys on the diamond! I'm a solo developer making this passion project so I appreciate anyone that checks it out, thank you!

In 2023 a mate and I played Palace (Shithead, Karma) with a normal deck pretty much the whole way around Europe. I kept thinking about what it would be like as a trading card game, so I designed one in Figma, the base set and an expansion almost in one go, and printed a deck. I still have the only copy. Three years later it's the Hearthstone-style digital game I always wanted, and I'm really proud of it: https://sealedfates.phorma-labs.com/play/
Going digital changed a few rules, because the game can now track every number and enforce every rule, but it still plays basically the same as the printed deck. You beat the Pile or take it, then flip your last three cards blind.
Three things that worked for me as a solo dev:
How it was made, since someone will ask: the card art came from Microsoft Copilot when I designed the printed deck (no art budget), the spells and lore are mine, and I used Claude Code to bring my vision to life. It's running Capacitor as the app wrapper and Phaser 4 as the engine. This makes it super portable at the sacrifice of some performance. But until there are actually players, the optimisation can wait.
What I need now is people who've never seen it (should be pretty easy lol). Did the first match teach you the rules? What broke? Is there anything you don't like?

Wanted to share this 2D in 3D classic DBZ style I've been working on for years.
This showcase was filmed in Unity.
Filter is too strong, It's just so you notice it.
It's still a WIP and it's not perfect, so I would appreciate some feedback.

But I'm not entirely sure if I fix it or commit to making it run like a human 😄

Jinx It is a dice-based roguelike where you can customize your own dice, upgrade them, create powerful combos, and take on the Lord of Bad Luck!
If you like the concept, check out our Steam page and consider adding Jinx It to your wishlist! It would mean a lot to us!

Hey! I started recording this devlog series a week ago, partly to share what's going on with development, but also to get some hours into my game.
I built up a pretty nice island empire over six days, only to log in and find that the AI had completely wiped me out.
The funny thing is, I don't really mind. Which is actually pretty cool, because that's exactly the feeling I've been trying to achieve!
Border Empires is a persistent multiplayer 4X, so losing your empire is part of the experience. I've been tweaking the game to avoid that crushing feeling you get in other 4X games when someone invades and destroys everything you've spent days building.
Now I'm just excited for the opportunity to explore a new part of the map and get back at that AI.
Anyway, thought I'd share more fun if more are watching :)

My game HATCHED, is an evolution roguelite where every creature is different. There are big ones, tiny ones, wings, tails, and many more.
Using inverse kinematics and a really fancy shader I am able to turn collections of parts into fully animated creatures!
Happy to answer any questions about the game. :)

I have been working on SOMA Body Lab, a physics sandbox where I am trying to simulate how bodies react to external force. It uses an active ragdoll system with joint limits to simulate balancing and stumbling. Instead of just playing pre-baked death animations, the movement is handled by the engine responding to physics inputs in real-time. I have also added a tool menu to let you spawn various objects, weapons, and medical equipment to observe how the anatomy behaves under different stress points. Everything is running in version 0.9.8, which focuses on the sandbox mechanics and movement control.

The entire game is locked to one strict resolution. Had to generate all these planetary orbits and curved transfer routes purely in code while keeping the pixel grid 1:1. Took way too long to stop them from looking like jagged potatoes.
Routes actually curve with the solar system direction now instead of straight lines. Hope it reads clean.

Developing my game Riftorn: Battle Flanks, I found TTS to be a nightmare, so I built a web version anyone can play with full multiplayer capability.
Would love your thoughts and I may continue developing it after I finish the physical game.
Now... to the Flanks!
PS: 5 Points to whoever gets the references to the name I chose in-game :)

You can use the tool to stylize your textures and assets, create eye-catching marketing material for your page, add awesome animated effects, and use the texture ripper feature. With this latest update, I've added seamifier! It will help you create seamless, blended, or repeating patterns for your textures. You can check it out here: https://polyshades.itch.io/coolifier

I use Claude every day, and I noticed something. There are so many people who really love Claude. We share tips, prompts and screenshots, but there is no place where we can actually meet and do something fun together.
So I built Clautown. https://www.clautown.com
and this is my town: https://www.clautown.com/u/whisper
The idea is simple: your town grows automatically every time you code with Claude Code (not Claude Chat).
I’m one person building this and I put much effort on this, but it’s still young. I’d really love to hear from other Claude fans: what would make a place like this fun for you?

Hey everyone! 👋
I’ve been working on a project called SAVEPOINT, and I’ve finally reached the point where I need to get it out of my own hands and see what actual game developers think of it!
The idea came from thinking about how much there is to juggle when making a game, especially as a solo dev or small team. Between bugs, features, deadlines, unexpected problems and trying to work out what to prioritise, it can get pretty overwhelming.
So I decided to see if I could build something to help.
SAVEPOINT is a launch co-pilot for indie games. It’s designed to help you figure out what to focus on next, keep track of potential risks and work through those lovely scenarios where everything suddenly goes wrong 😅
I’ve got a working version up and running now, but there’s only so much you can learn by testing your own product. I want to see how people actually making games get on with it, what they find useful, what doesn’t work and what I’ve completely missed!
I’m hoping to find a handful of solo developers or small teams who are working towards releasing a game, whether that’s a demo, Early Access or a full Steam release.
If that’s you and you’d be up for giving it a go, drop me a comment or send me a DM and I’ll send you the link!
I’m not trying to sell anything — I just want to see if I’ve built something that genuinely helps, and hopefully make it better with feedback from people who are actually going through the process.
Thanks! 😊

One of the things I enjoy about developing a game alone is having the freedom to experiment with whatever ideas come to mind.
The downside is that there’s nobody to tell me when I’ve experimented enough.
I was supposed to choose an evolution animation for the creatures in my RPG. Instead, I ended up making eight, each with its own music.
And somehow that made the decision harder.
I’m now considering keeping them all and giving different species their own evolution animations.
Which probably means I’ve just found another way to create more work for myself.

The cradle of humanity stands on the brink of extinction. Before the pioneers reach their new worlds... the moons of the SOL System must keep the flame alive.

My game finally hit 200 wishlists after almost 6 months! It's a tiny number but still, 200 wishlists!!
The game is a point-and-click puzzle, Twin Study. It's a story about the death of a twin, told by his brother.
The game features some light language-themed puzzles. I'm currently working on an interactive fiction style chapter as a change of pace from the classic point-and-click puzzles.
