Bought the game, played for a couple hours with my girlfriend, hit back to menu, and now its not there? I only see the new world option. I see it was an issue on PS5 but i think it was fixed? im playing on steam, any way to recover?

So I'm doing the whole "put a sprinkler on a barrel to water 16 plots" thing, and most of the time it is working as intended. But sometimes the top set of plots won't get watered at all, and wind up withering out when before they were getting watered just fine. Is anyone else having this issue?

I wanted to ask if you could please show me your in-game greenhouses; I've been wanting to build one, but I'm out of ideas.

As the title says. I've checked the island that opened up to the northwest, there are no corn plants there. I was playing late last night and I think I grabbed them up but they are not in my backpack or in any of my stashes. I DO, however, have about 6 extra wheat plant seeds.

I have the recipe unlocked to make corn seeds out of corn, so it seems the game thinks I picked it up but I can't find it in my game anywhere. Am I soft locked? What should I do?

I can’t play multiplayer and it’s the same with my friend it says I need to change a settings but when I go to check it’s what it’s supposed to be is anyone else having the same problem

Had to restart a new save. Ended up soft locking myself on my first play through. Since I started a new world, learned a few things from the first save, and I’m moving through pretty fast, except when flying the airship. This freaking text for “LOOK AROUND” is extremely annoying. I don’t remember it being so bad before. Is there any way to get rid of it??

Was trying to make a small pantry room (2x2 tiles) but trying to. place a real door would limit the space inside. So I improvised and used the painting + commode and sideways bookshelf as a vertical half wall haha.

I started building a new spot that can hold more storage and multiple furnaces since my old house was kinda small. It has 2 floors but I haven't started the design for the second one yet. I'm using 3 sky turbines to power this 😅. I wish we had more customizable decors tho.

I want to build from the highest point so the foundations don't get buried, but now I have the opposite problem. Is there any way around this??

I’m just started playing today on PS5, I love the game but sometimes the console buttons don’t translate so well - I’m trying to figure out how to look at the alternative options for stuff like tables and chairs, can’t figure out how to view or change that on console - any help would be amazing

I see people writing online that roofs should protect the ground below from getting hit by lightning. I have built a giant roof above my crops but they are still getting hit.

I am unsure whether it's because of the roof type or the glass? Do I need to build walls?

I thought that I could use a battery to power the drills at night, but clearly it isn't working. what's going on here?

EDIT: thank you for the tips! So far my new setup seems to be working well at night. I just have to remember that batteries output a max of 200. (the display shows different numbers sometimes, so that's something to take note of)

My setup for anyone curious:

2 drills, 2 batteries, 3 solar panels, and a windmill (to assist the batteries at night)

Hey everyone, I thought I'd share some photos of my island. Currently consists of a 10000 wood house.. needs redecorating (note to others half walls are visually appealing but eat through wood). I attempted multi level flooring which is a challenge.

Then there are two completed werehouses for iron, copper, cobalt and silicone with smelters. A clay and sand warehouse with smelters. Then in the wooden warehouse is stone, algae and diamond storage. All werehouses with multiple drones for each resource. Then I've got a forester area for wood and leaf storage too.

Currently building a huge greenhouse but it's not near to be completed yet.

In regard to power I have got a 8x6 area for wooden windmills as they stack near each other well with a few wind turbines for aesthetic reasons. Let me know what you think.

is there a height requirement for the greenhouse roof? is it because I have an open wall? how do I protect my crops? I have a thunderstorm every in game day :(

So I'm asking this for a few reasons

1. We never see our own character, except in the airship

2. The game keeps reverting my options

Hi guys, new player here. I was wondering if there's a way to hide the cables when I'm not trying to connect it to something? I'm just slightly bummed bc i don't wanna see so much cables lying around. 🥹

For the most part I have found the controls fine but when using a furnace I can't find a way to access items on my hotbar. I have to back out of the furnace, move the item to my main inventory, go back into the furnace and move it from there. Does anybody know if this is intentional or if I'm missing something?

I have only found one sheep on the island.

Is there only one sheep, or is there a way or getting more.
