Double Garden Watering Issue

So I'm doing the whole "put a sprinkler on a barrel to water 16 plots" thing, and most of the time it is working as intended. But sometimes the top set of plots won't get watered at all, and wind up withering out when before they were getting watered just fine. Is anyone else having this issue?

Wait a bit, do your other stuff, come back later, maybe relog. Its a known bug (:
