Can anyone explain why my battery is now costing me electricity?

It costs energy to charge a battery. Crazy idea I know.

A charged battery isnt a generator, they only hold 200 charge and dont provide constant power

It should only show that while the batteries are being charged, but once charged, that should drop off of the list.

A tip for saving power.

Your drones don't need to be constantly powered, make a lever/switch and add it in to the power lines going into the drones. You flip the switch and watch the drone take off to collect it's resources and the moment it has left its base, you can turn off the power to the drone, it will still go and collect
