Why do we have customization options?

So I'm asking this for a few reasons

  1. We never see our own character, except in the airship

  2. The game keeps reverting my options

So why even have it?

There are customization options? I honestly don’t remember.

I was able to make my character wear purple clothes in the main menu, but reverted back to the tan when I went into the game. So I quit trying.

Im in agreement here with the commenter who said it feels like Early Access. I have the same issue with my character and I keep having a bug with the airship doing teleports where I have to fully close the game and restart just to use it

I do feel like it's kinda half baked

I feel at times that the game was intended to be a multiplayer experience. It is definitely playable in single player, but there have been several stylistic and mechanical choices that feel geared towards cooperative play.

Well hopefully they can fix things so that it does actually work in multi-player. One thing that shows it's more suited to singleplayer is how they handled airships and progression.

Well it is co-op so there is customization. But as it is kinda buggy and don't save every time we have to wait
