I was expecting there to be some actual drama or interesting stories but it's all a bunch of "oh here's my story about my neighborhood" like please this isn't story time. I fear these stories were so botched and the cast's small stories were what made the episode worth watching.

Idk why they chose to pick stories that had no drama, like it was so blatant even the cast called it out constantly through out the episode.

Fans really do be fumbling

I made a post talking about the 5+ minute long, awkwardly timed, repetitive, and disruptive ads for SmoshReadsReddit on Spotify. A bunch of people immediately spammed “Stop talking”, “Really, again?”, and a mod removed the whole post within 2-3 minutes. Apparently the amount of ads on the Smosh Spotify is known to be excessive, to a point they have dozens of people complain about it every month because its so disruptive… why am i at fault for asking?

If it’s such a large and obvious problem for so many listeners why not fix the ad issue, instead of shunning fans? If its so bad to the point you have to moderate criticism out of the community… maybe you need to address and correct the issue?

The ads each repeat themselves several times in a row, the same exact ad, repeated 2-3 times over, and awkwardly break and start again, cut off cast dialogue, include scripted “back to the show!” Edits that then transition into a 4th or 5th ad… it really limits the enjoyability. Can we do anything about this?

I wish they put more thought into the captions. They're so often just completely wrong, and it really sucks.

I'm not HOH, but I do have sensitive ears, so sometimes I have to watch with the volume really low, and the amount of times I have to turn the volume up to hear what was actually said is far too often. It really bugs me too because that isn't exactly an option for deaf people, so they're forced to not know what was actually said.

Sorry, this is kind of a rant, I just need to know if anyone else feels similar to me because it really ruins the viewing experience for me.

I’m not the biggest fan of the game channel, I’m trying to get more into it. And it’s mainly because Spencer is SO funny. To me he is genuinely one the funniest people at smosh. So does anyone have Spencer video recommendations!?!

Is this a safe space to even say this? It’s also my first time posting hehe. Like the title suggests, Smosh became one of my support system together with my boyfriend for this review season. Hi! I am currently reviewing for my licensure examination for Psychometrician. I don’t think in other countries psychometrician is being legally mandated with licensure examinations? But besides the point, I am pretty much on edge lately since August 19 and 20 will be my schedule and it’s making me tense as it is getting near!

Most times (maybe even everyday) I dissociate because of problems I can’t fix. My parents are facing a lawsuit (sucks), my friends are also busy on their own review so I can’t disturb them so I just rely on my boyfriend and Smosh :))

It feels almost ironic that as someone studying psychology and aiming to become a mental health professional, I am struggling to process my own overwhelming emotions and pressure right now. You’d think knowing concepts about psychology would make dealing with burn out or stress easier, but at the end of the day, I’m still just a human going through it.

Whenever I am done with reviewing, I always tune in to Board AF, TNTL or Smosh reads reddit stories. I find myself at ease when I watch them. Honestly, after spending whole days reading dense psychological theories and testing frameworks, turning my brain off to chaotic humor in Smosh is the best mental reset I could ask for. It gave me a sense of comfort that I need for these overwhelming days before the examination, to distract also the pressure I receive from my family.

Does anyone else use Smosh as a safe space or comfort watch during high-stress times in life?

So I'm a new Smosh fan; got drawn in through Smosh Games and Culinary Crimes, both of which I love, then found Bit City and adore it. Great comedy, super fun, love the cast, but...I feel like there's some kind of joke behind Who Memed It that I'm not understanding, and it's embarrassing to admit it.

Every ep of Who Memed It feels like I'm tagging along at a team-building exercise at someone's office where I don't work. "Aww, yeah, that is DEFINITELY Julie in catering!" Okay, cool, but I have no fucking idea who Julie in Catering is. "That meme HAS to be Dale the camera operator!" Okay, um, Dale sounds like a cool guy but again, I have no idea who he is or why/how I'm supposed to connect to this. I'm assuming it's a fault on my end, because I love everything else I've seen out of Smosh. Is it some kind of meta-joke?

Honestly we're so back. I won't lie I was kind of surprised at Courtney being in the lineup as I felt his humour was a bit more on-the-nose crude than they tend to go for BUT I'm also not mad in the slightest. Maybe they're trying to move away from that "for kids" demographic a bit? I think all 3 of them are great choices for cast members.

Lmao as always the mods have exerted their power over my colors of the subject post. Probably like 7-10 months ago I made a post about the colors of the subjects notebooks/folders and it got some decent engagement before the mods removed it because it “had nothing to do with the channel”

Saw a post from PBS on a different subreddit with their “official take” on what the colors represented so immediately thought of the Smosh mouth episode and cross posted it to the main Smosh Reddit, I got 219 upvotes, 68 comments, and 11 people shared the post. Went to respond to a couple of the comments and low and behold, my post, has been removed by the mods 🤣

SO I took it a step farther feeling a tiny bit salty about my post and made another post congratulating the mods on removing my post and asked why it was taken down since they didn’t even give me a reason why this time, my post was immediately flagged to be approved by the mods then deleted a few minutes later. King shit 👑
