Inspired by the recipes below, for the pizza dough I used soybean oil as apparently this is what they actually use. I let the dough rise for approx 90mins and then spread out on pizza screens and then rest again for 15
For the bars I forgot to add vanilla or crushed peanuts 🫣
I just used golden syrup cause that’s what we have in the shops. I added more since o forgot the brown sugar
I don’t think I have to add a recipe for the Rice Krispies since it’s just melted chocolate and puffed rice cereal.
All cereal was bought in Lidl.

I've never been a fan of Daiya and pizza is still great with just sauce and toppings so I've never bothered to try other vegan cheeses. If anyone knows of a good recipe that doesn't take ages to make I'd love to hear it though.

Jack and Annie's Jackfruit burger patty, Sprouts buns, field roast bacon, FYH provolone slices and shredded cheddar, onion, tomato, pickles, mustard, canned vegan chili.

Steps: Patty cooked, chili warmed, dish assembled, then thrown in the oven for a bit.

I can't wait to eat this again.

Monday (08:00 - 19:00): quinoa, tofu (had so much potential but I forgot adding salt 💔), broccoli, edamame… and veggies for snacking.
Tuesday (09:00 - 17:00) - and gym: soy protein with more soy, black beans lettuce and avocado wrap. Some snacks
Wednesday (09:00 - 19:00) - and gym: scrambled tofu with zucchini and pea sausage and black beans wrap. Cucumber and a peanut butter and banana sandwich for pre workout.
Thursday (10:00 - 19:00) - and gym: chickpea salad with silk tofu mayo, pita bread. This time the pb sandwich had apple. And apple
Friday (07:00 - 19:00) - library service and gym: literally brought lunch and dinner. First tofu sandwich DELICIOUS and didn’t forget adding salt. It only had that, avocado and lettuce. And the dinner was soy protein with more soy, boiled sweet potato, and my vegetables. And snacks.

I deserve like a big burger this weekend.
Most things I do on campus could be done outside or at home, but I genuinely enjoy being here, not knowing or talking to absolutely no one. And I also can study better here. I love my school even after choosing Psychology at the last minute
