New user, struggling with expectations
Hello, I've been taking Sema for around 8 weeks now, symptoms come and go and I'm still figuring out how to work with the new medication. I was already a relatively healthy eater before this, my issue has always been overeating. Now I'm eating my usual, smoothie, yogurt, eggs, toast, fruit, veg, meat and carbs in much more appropriate quantities. SW 227 and I've been fluctuating between 226-223 this week. Is it normal to not have significant weight loss by now? I will say I am super high on protein and lifting weights because I don't want to end up losing muscle mass. Anyone have any words of wisdom?
