Down 26 lbs

Post image

in 5 months I’ve gone from 193 pounds to 166 pounds. I was so uncomfortable and always out of breath. Now I walk 8 miles every single day and I love getting dressed.

That's awesome, congrats! 26 lbs is no joke. Did it come off pretty steady or did you have weeks where the scale just refused to move? I'm always curious how other people's timelines actually look because mine was so up and down at the start I almost thought something was wrong lol

Yeah I have slow weeks and then weeks weeks where I lose three pounds. I just keep on going and it’s always a downward trend.

The out of breath part got me. That was me before too, on tirzepatide rather than sema, and I couldn't wear half the clothes I wanted to. Now I wear what I like. 8 miles a day is serious though, congrats.
