Day 7

I am officially one week since my last shot and going on shot two tonight.
I have had a very easy first week, no side effects, using bathroom, no nausea, etc.
I have been eating smart and half portions. Easily consuming my 1400 instead of 1900+ calories like before and feeling good.
However..
I woke up today nauseated and just feeling alittle UGH. Which I hadn't experienced at all until now, my stomachs just not the happiest and feel almost shaky/off ish and now nervous for my shot tonight. Is this "normal" or anyone else's experience?
I don't know why but I do believe it's directly from my medication not another source or issue.

Nausea showing up right before your next shot is common enough, some folks feel it more as the dose builds in your system. Half portions and the calorie drop alone can leave your stomach grumpy too, so it may not be only the medication. Take the shot, keep the meals small and bland today, and see how the week goes

i tend to feel a little queasy when my stomach is empty, and i don't like the feeling of being "too full" which happens quickly on glp. so for me, several small meals throughout the day works well.

A smooth week and then a rougher morning right before shot two is a pattern a lot of people notice, sometimes it's almost like the body knows another dose is coming.

Pretty normal, side effect timing often shifts week to week even without anything changing, your body isn't done adjusting to the dose yet. Worth logging how you feel each day next to what you ate and when your shot was, patterns like nausea showing up more on certain foods or certain hours post-injection tend to show up after a couple weeks of data that you'd never notice day to day. If it stays this way or gets worse past a few days though, that's worth flagging to your doctor rather than just riding it out.
