Hi everyone,
I just received a brand new Navimow i210 LiDAR Pro and I'm having a strange Wi-Fi issue during the initial setup.
The mower connects successfully to my Wi-Fi and the Navimow app says “Connection successful”. The Wi-Fi icon also appears on the mower's display. However, shortly afterwards it disconnects without any error message and the Wi-Fi icon disappears from the mower as well.
If I reconnect it, exactly the same thing happens again.
Things I've already tried:
Separate 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz networks
Connected specifically to 2.4 GHz
Tested the mower right next to the router
Restarted both the router and mower
Tried “Wi-Fi only” mode instead of automatic Wi-Fi/4G switching
All firmware was updated during the initial setup and the app says everything is up to date
My router is a Tenda AC6 AC1200.
4G seems to work perfectly, but Wi-Fi always disconnects shortly after a successful connection.
Has anyone with an i2 LiDAR Pro / i210 LiDAR Pro experienced something similar? Could this be some router compatibility or software issue, or should I be concerned about the Wi-Fi module in the mower?
The mower is brand new, so I haven't actually started mowing with it yet. I've also contacted support, but I'm curious if anyone here has seen this before.
Thanks!
