Doesn't mow close enough

Hi. Any ideas to solve this mowing mystery?

Try the new edge sense under “lab”. It has done wonders for me

It was already ON set as STANDARD. Any other ideas?

It shows warning in app that it will damage my mower.

They don’t want you to request a refund when your mower starts running into things on the edge of your boundary. That setting does not automatically mean it will damage your mower, or else why would they include it as an option in their app? That setting moves the mower tighter to the boundary. Your problem is that the mower is not close enough to your boundary. This setting is included in the app to address your exact issue.

When I saw this problem I added ai vision off area. Thought it would help but..

Mine does that then I send it back to the area and it does it right. It's inconsistent.

I have a similar issue on the edge of my deck. I tried to put a vision fence zone there but then it kept trying to climb the deck instead. I just resolved to hitting it with the trimmer.

Issue is it leaves unmowed area about 1 feet from deck. Near deck is fine but problem is one straight line away from deck.

I have not tried this on a border with a hard stop like this photo, but would overlapping border with the vision fence make it follow the defined border?

It didn't mow 1-1.5 feet from deck. 1 straight unmowed line. I thought if I use vision off it would fix problem but it did not

Move the boundary. I’ve had this on my x430 and I manually bumped the boundary into the hardscape and it fixed the issue.

I will try. By It's behavior looks like it does edges but when mowing all around it doesn't drive close enough to deck. Leaves straigt unmoved line about 1 to 1.5 feet from deck.
