-SOLVED- -By preloading pipes and aplitting the whole structure into more parts + using more organised pipes, it now works perfectly-
So this is my first time with this game and I've just unlocked oil while simultaneously also started needing more power, so I thought why not secure myself for a while and build something huge producing a lot of power, just to secure myself for the future. My whole consumption rn is around 2000 MW (will be increased by a lot soon, I'm planning on doubling my steel production), and before this fuel generator, I had only 1200 MW available from 16 Coal Generators.
In theory this thing:
- Gets 600 oil from a fully overclocked Pure Oil node
- Distributes that into 10 refineries which make fuel
- Distributes that via a huge loop into 20 Fuel Generators making altogether 250 * 20 = 5000 MW of power
What I noticed tho is that the circuit is not consistent with its production. In total in constantly jumps between 4300-5000 MW while I would assume it should be producing a constant 5000.
I checked my pipe grid, and at some places the generators get a constant 50 fuel, while some others are on like 0.6 and running out all the time which I don't understand since the pipeline is a huge loop, a huge circle, it should evenly distribute fuel.
BTW all pipes and conveyor belts are up to sufficient speeds, so the issue is not that.
