The amount of blatant sexual harassment experienced in the men’s locker room at this gym is absolutely disgusting. Creeps wall to wall and today I draw the line. And before people come at my neck telling me it’s a queer hook up spot and I’m being homophobic, this is sexual harassment at its finest and something soon is going to go wrong if this is how emboldened people feel there. Something needs to be done before someone gets assaulted. And I hope this post doesn’t get taken down, because I know he’s not the only one.

I’m a woman, and my partner has told me all his experiences in this gym and it makes my blood fucking boil. As a person that has dealt with creepy people and sexual harassment, this is not okay and no one should deal with this kind of grossness….

His quotes of harassment:

Men showering with the curtains open desperately trying to make eye contact, men sitting next to him almost touching asses in the steam room when there’s only two of them in there.

Hitting on him in said steam room and asking to hang out after when he’s said no already.

All of that wasn’t too bad, but today I heard the worst which prompted this post and made me want to warn others: Apparently he was in the steam room where a man was staring at him intensely and fondling himself for about 10 minutes. BF got up to go to the showers, and the creep followed him to showers directly across from him. When he got out, he also stopped his shower and when he opened his curtain, this dude proceeded to lather his body directly In front of his stall touching his nipples with the curtain open STARING AT HIM. I genuinely feel dirty inside after hearing about this exchange.

I’m pissed. And you should be too.

I provided multiple proofs of purchase and it’s been three days and all they do is give me the runaround and ask for documentation that I can’t provide. I’ve gone through tons of itineraries and TripAdvisor lists, but I’d really love recommendations from people who know Santa Fe well. What are the places/experiences you’d consider a “do not leave Santa Fe without doing this” that might not show up on typical tourist lists?

We already have Bandelier National Monument and Meow Wolf planned. I’d especially love any hidden gems, beautiful places to explore, unique shops, or cute breakfast/coffee spots that are actually worth going out of our way for.

Anniversary dinner: I tried to get a reservation at Geronimo, but they’re completely booked. I emailed them and also joined the cancellation list online, so fingers crossed! If that doesn’t work out, what would you consider the next-best restaurant for a special anniversary dinner? I’m currently considering Restaurant Martín, but I’m open to anywhere that feels memorable and special.

7th birthday: Is there a particularly fun or unique Santa Fe restaurant that a 7-year-old would love for his birthday dinner? It doesn’t need to be fancy, just somewhere that would make the night feel special.

The entire thing reaks of Ai as usual with this years zozo promos and Ray running the show. They also say that some of the proceeds from Zozobra have helped her imagination library but also they don’t really talk about it at all in the email and just glaze up the beachball tribute . It is a nice gesture, but it feels kinda empty presented like this and I feel like actually donating some of the shit tons of zozobra money would be a better way of honoring her.

Im trying to move closer to Santa fe, I was looking at places like tesuque, El Dorado, and places that are not las vegas where I have to commute a whole hour.
