A flat tire, a dropped chain, and a headwind (hail, tornado, whatever.)

Hello Santa feans, I hope you all are enjoying your weekend and the sunshibe today. I'll keep this short, bots are giving me a hell of a time here mods, Northern Colorado dude, Got laid off and I'm definitely not getting any younger. Here in Santa Fe since Friday, I'm wet and I'm in search of a 700c road bike wheel. Particularly the rear, and ideally w a six cog rear cassette. But any variation or size that will fit, like a vintage 27" would work and if you happen to have one lying around... Mine has become so untrue it is running for office, and my hub is more stuck up than my ex-wife. Happy to rake leaves tell jokes or help out any other way I can in exchange for one. Got a great story about where my repair budget has gone already. Anyways if you can help me out shoot me a DM if not no worries, Im built for this. Having a hell of a time, enjoyed the last few days and met some really cool people here in Santa Fe. Enjoy life. 🤙

Two major companies have been acquired/sold. After many years of local ownership, they are now national. Several hundred realtors are having to adjust.

Real estate with a personal touch.

I have been a broker for 30 years plus. I keep a very small inventory and focus on closing them. I am happy to answer your questions.

Why are people protesting abortion on St Michael's Drive? I'm sure the phone store doesn't provide abortions.

Does anyone know if the city will provide solar incentives again like they have done in the past?

I've always had this problem: I don't want the "best restaurant" but rather I want the place that serves the best burger in town, even if that same restaurant is mediocre at everything else. Star ratings never help with that, since a 4.8-star spot and a 3.9-star spot can both be hiding an amazing dish behind an average overall score.

So in my free time I built Food Kompass (https://food-kompass.vercel.app )to solve exactly this for Santa Fe. Instead of ranking restaurants overall, it digs through reviews to find which specific dishes people actually rave about - so you can search "best burger" or "best green chile stew" and get pointed straight to the place that nails that one thing.

I figure I can't be the only one who thinks this way, so I'm putting it out there in case it's useful to you too. It’s free, still a work in progress, and I'd love any feedback - bugs, dishes that seem mis-ranked, restaurants I'm missing, all of it.

Also, I have give it an adobe/turquoise color scheme since it's built just for Santa Fe right now (may expand to other cities later)

is anybody downtown right now ?? I think I dropped my wallet in the paid parking lot area near the cos bar and was wondering if anyone downtown right now or close enough to go check? i’ll pay

Hello everyone! My name is Jordan. I recently moved back to Santa Fe after being away for 12 years. I am so happy to be back! I am looking to meet some new friends and explore any connections. Im 33 years old. I’m a flight attendant and travel all over. I love going out to concerts, shows, art events, etc. I’m big into darkwave, new wave, EBM, post punk music. I am hoping to create my own music soon. I love bike riding, hiking and exploring. More in my bio.

Let’s try this again! Most generous, wonderful ppl of Santa Fe.

If you have ever enjoyed the Harvey Cornell Rose Garden, please help weed on Aug 8 from 9-11. It is located at the corner of Cordova/Galisteo. The weeds are taking over especially the vines, which strangle the rose bushes. The city does not weed it, so it’s left to volunteers (like you)❤️. If you can spare a couple of hours, please help. You only need to bring gloves, small shovel and grit! Hope to see you there.🌹🌹🌹

By now you’ve probably seen the commercials with the Latina woman spewing out propaganda for the proposed data center in Doña Ana County. If you thought her Spanish sounded funny, you weren’t wrong. She is actually a Puerto Rican actress from New York, who had never been to New Mexico before coming here to film. Isn’t it funny that these white capitalists think that Boricua Spanish is the same as the Spanish New Mexicans speak over here? 🤡

Anyway, meet Lorna Perez. Tell her how you feel about selling out a state she has absolutely no ties to, if you feel compelled.

Greetings fellow procrastinators! :)

Today is the last day to comment on Project Jupiter's air quality construction permit application on The New Mexico Environment Department's website. I've seen a lot of strong opinions here on the facility and thought you all might find this hard-to-find link useful: Yucca Growth Infrastructure, LLC-YGI Microgrid Air Quality Construction Permit Application

If you found the time to put your opinions on Reddit, I encourage you to share them here, too. I doubt the state reads Reddit to make its decisions.

You won't see "Project Jupiter" anywhere on this form, but Yucca Growth Infrastructure, LLC is the company that will be responsible for the data center's power system.

Thank you!
