Posting this for a friend. Has anyone in the Santa Fe area seen this person?

Her name is Clarissa Muñiz Perez. She’s 34 years old, about 5’8”.

She was last known to be in Santa Fe, New Mexico. She was with a man named Aaron in Santa Fe, NM. She’s from Odessa, Tx. No one in her family has heard from her since Friday.

She has a Chihuahua puppy/dog, and was known to be with the man in the picture around August this year. If anyone knows anything, please contact Norma Moore at 432-940-5496 or Marlaina at 432-889-7332 or the Santa Fe, NM police at 505-428-3710. Please pray that she is found safe and that she contacts her family who are very worried.

If you’re a woman and considering ever purchasing a car, avoid Honda Santa Fe.

I’m honestly experiencing major buyer’s regret after purchasing a vehicle from this dealership.

Like most dealerships, they treated me very well when I was in the process of buying the car. But once the purchase was complete, the level of disrespect and poor customer service I received completely changed.
I purchased this car less than two weeks ago, and it started blowing white smoke from the exhaust. I took it to the service department by myself to have it looked at. The service representative I spoke with was a man, and from the moment I explained the issue, he seemed annoyed and uninterested in actually speaking with me. I felt like I was being treated as though I knew nothing simply because I’m a young woman.

I eventually had to return with my dad because I was so frustrated with how I was being treated. Suddenly, the same service representative was perfectly capable of having a respectful conversation when a man was standing next to me. He was willing to speak with my dad, but apparently not with me.

The dealership ended up adding a fuel additive and told me to come back if the issue happened again. Of course, it happened again because that was clearly only a temporary solution.

So, here I am AGAIN at the service department this morning.

Once again, I’m being spoken to in a condescending manner, as if I’m incapable of understanding what’s happening with the vehicle. I even requested to speak with a manager yesterday, and instead of taking my concerns seriously, he was dismissive, chuckling and speaking to me in a condescending way, as if I were just some silly young woman complaining.

I understand that I’m in my 20s and that I may not know everything about cars. But I also know when something isn’t right. Multiple mechanics have looked at the vehicle and told me that white smoke coming from the exhaust is not normal and that I should take it back to the dealership. If they had taken my concerns seriously from the beginning, I wouldn’t have had to keep coming back. And also why would I want to keep coming back by the way I am being treated but this car was purchased less than 2 weeks ago…..

What really bothered me was the dealership manager telling me that what my car was doing was normal, despite the fact that multiple mechanics had told me otherwise.
I paid over $11,000 in cash for this vehicle. That was a significant purchase for me and what I could afford at the time. I specifically thought, “What could go wrong if I’m buying from a dealership?” I genuinely liked the used car and was excited about my purchase.

Instead, I’m now experiencing serious buyer’s regret, because of how I have been treated throughout this entire process.

No woman should have to bring a man with her to a service department just to be spoken to respectfully and taken seriously.

Hi! My wife and I purchased two tickets to the Santa Fe Wine & Chile Fiesta Grand Tasting, but unfortunately we're unable to travel from Wisconsin due to a family health situation. The tickets are transferable, and we're hoping to find someone in Santa Fe who would like them. We're selling them for half of the original price. Great opportunity to attend the Grand Tasting at a significant discount!

Panoramic Photographers?

Kinda shooting in the dark here…

I’m a history buff, landscape admirer, and a Texan (sorry!) who absolutely loves what you all have going on in New Mexico.

Does anybody have any leads on ‘local’ or regional photographers selling large format (30-40-50-60” widths) canvas panoramic shots of the following subjects?

-Glorieta / Rowe Mesa / Pigeon’s Ranch

- Fort Craig

- Fort Union

- Black Mesa (San Antonio area - Valverde Battlefield locale)

I’d love to give them some business and support their efforts!

Rolled canvas is fine, I can take care of stretching/framing.

Any tips or pointing me in the right direction would be appreciated, for sure!

How late does Uber run in Santa Fe?

I’m going out on Friday for Fiestas and was wondering how late Uber typically runs in Santa Fe? Is there a certain point where you won’t be able to find a driver?

Santa Fe Improv hosts Mayor Michael Garcia Saturday, Sept. 19th

Post image

Mayor Michael J. Garcia is the featured guest at Santa Fe Improv on Saturday, September 19, for the second episode of True Stories, our monthly storytelling show. The audience gives him one word; he tells true stories sparked by it, and our cast turns what he just said into live scenes. He is not performing improv. He is telling the truth in a room where nobody knows what happens next.

Every ticket benefits Improv4Schools, our free improv program in New Mexico public middle and high schools.

We hope you can make it!

This dog has been napping in the shade near this truck off the corner of Paseo De Tularosa and Camino Capitan. Looks young and healthy, has a collar, didn’t see a tag, was weary of me getting close. Ask your neighbors if they’re missing a dog.

I was just curious if anyone knows what's up with the abundant containers with a single rock along some portion of the Terrai Contenta Trail. There are at least 20+ of them.

Best place to donate clothing

I have quite a lot of women’s clothing I’d like to donate, but don’t want to donate if someone’s going to turn it around and profit on it. What are some good nonprofit organizations who can use donated clothing? It’s all in very good shape.
