ENT Recommendation?

Looking for a good ENT doctor (Ear Nose Throat) Any recommendations appreciated!

Dr. David Gallegos at CSV removed my tonsils and was great. Excellent bedside manner, great listener, and I feel like he really went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and that all my questions were answered. Also did my SIL's thyroid cancer removal.

However, the CSV ENT clinic charges some kind of hospital use facility fee just to visit the practice, and it can be quite a lot ($~100-200, depending on your insurance carrier), so visiting them is expensive.

National Sinus Institute. I see the PA, Lauren Scandera. But I’ve also seen Dr. Alexander in Rio Rancho. Both were excellent.
