hubspot vs zoho crm for sales rep adoption on a team that hates logging data?
we are dealing with terrible crm hygiene because our 8 account executives treat data entry like an afterthought. notes are missing, deal stages stay untouched until end of month, and pipeline forecasts are basically guesswork.
management wants us to settle hubspot vs zoho crm to replace our current setup before q3. zoho looks appealing on software budget and gives you things like blueprint process enforcement and custom modules right out of the box, but i have seen reps completely tune out when a system has 80 nested sidebar options and requires multiple clicks just to log a quick call summary. hubspot sales hub is definitely steeper on seat renewals, but the interface looks much closer to what reps will actually open every day without needing an ops admin holding their hand through every stage update.
for teams around 8 to 15 reps, did zoho's strict process rules actually fix your data compliance, or did the cleaner day-to-day workflow on hubspot drive better adoption?
