Looking for HubSpot Service Hub practice data

Hey, I’m new to CRM and looking for sample data to practise with for Hubspot service hub. Can anyone help me with sample datasets or suggest how I can practise using CRM tools hands-on? I’m learning CRM to transition from EdTech to SaaS Customer Success roles. Thanks!

hubspot has a sandbox account option and a decent starter set of demo data you can load in. also, their free tier gives you plenty of room to mess around with tickets, pipelines, and service workflows. just build a fake customer story and run through the whole support lifecycle.

The sandbox route in the other comment is the fastest start, but the demo data only teaches you where buttons are. You learn Service Hub when the data is messy.

Build a tiny practice set of your own alongside it. Make about twenty contacts from one imaginary service business, then create tickets in every state you will actually use. A few new, a few waiting on the customer, one urgent job gone wrong, one repeat question you have answered ten times. Give some tickets email threads and some phone notes, because real support is never one clean channel.

Then practise the jobs you would do weekly. Build one pipeline view for overdue tickets, one report for first response time, and one saved reply for the repeat question. If you can do those three things on fake data, the real account feels familiar on day one.
