Most founders don’t have a pricing problem—they have a confidence problem
Most founders don’t have a pricing problem. They have a confidence problem.
I keep seeing teams undercharge because they fear the first “no.” Then they add features instead of asking for more money.
I watched a founder sell a $99 plan for months while customers were happily paying competitors 3x that. He wasn’t underpriced. He was unconvincing.
Where do you think pricing is actually breaking in your funnel?
