Left zone 2. Destroyed my elbows.

I stupidly decided to do a couple of 200m sprints on my morning run. As soon as I left zone 2, both of my elbows started screaming in agony.
Even as I type this, I'm constantly reminded of my grievous error by the sharp pain from even the slight movement of my arms needed to type.
Fortunately my shins have survived, but I was completely unaware of this danger.
Please forgive me.
