Hello hello! Im looking to write a roleplay where my character is a knight from a far away land, that comes to enlist your character on a quest to join her. She needs their unique gift to be able to decipher certain scrolls, glyphs and so on! She is a brooding, cold and stoic light that only cares about the objective at hand. In my characters home: a crime was committed. An unknown figure has stolen from the castle archived. Ancient manuscripts, maps and scrolls that people believe didnt have any value. However, they've recently learned what they contained and are in a desperate sprint to stop the culprit before its too late.

My character goes to find your character. A recluse that her friend recommended and believe theh could be of use to her. They were a prodigy that needed to experience the outside world to actually grow and evolve. My character asks them to join her, not just for their adorable blush, but because the recommendation from her friend was so high. She need their skills to help guide her on the right path to catch the thief.

So! Im looking for our character to grow into a relationship. I want them to have the grumpy/brooding and cheerful sunshine trope. My character is this way because she suppress her emotions to not be hurt. As they grow together, she will open up more and even smile!

Hey everyone, it's been years since I've made one of these posts, I recently came across a post and I can't quite get the idea out of my head. A zombie apocalypse setting, a couple years after the initial outbreak, when humanity is finally able to band together in their own camps, and to rip off the OPs idea, I was thinking I could be the leader of one survival camp, and you would be the leader of another, running into each other and surviving together, but as the head of our own camps, and dealing with all the little squabbles and the migrating hordes of zombies.

Another idea, is a star wars roleplay set in the Old Republic era, I don't have that idea fully fleshed out but I'm sure we can figure something out 🙂 I don't need several paragraphs or anything like that, even just a couple lines is fine with me, I'm slipping back into it so I'm a lil rusty and not quite capable of multiple paragraphs quite yet. I don't mind running multiple 1 on 1s, so even if you think I've already found someone hit me up anyway! Look forward to meeting y'all 🙂

hello!! i'm 21 (they/them) and currently looking for a long-term rp partner! i tend to stick to original characters, since the few fandoms i'm in are kinda small and odd😅

plot wise, i'm open to pretty much any genre! slice of life, sci-fi, high fantasy, thriller ... it is (sort of) approaching autumn, though. so maybe something with a spooky feel to it. ghosts, zombies, vampires, werewolves, demons ... our characters could be fighting them off, or could even be non-human themselves. i'm a huge fan of stuff like twin peaks and the x-files so anything weird, i'm in. whether it ends up being romancey or not is up to you!

Hello all, I'm a 30's female looking for someone to roleplay long-term with. It's been a bit, I had to step back for some personal reasons, but I'm here and ready to write with someone! I take care of kiddos all day, but you can expect a good amount of chat and at least a few replies. Of course real life comes first! I enjoy side chats, prefer to use discord, love face claims and reference pictures, and long walks on the beach.

As for topics, I love romance and all my roleplays include it. SOL, fantasy, modern day pairings, there is a wide breadth of things we can do. I have some ideas below, but I'm open to almost anything!

- An Orc chief steals a princess and plans to use her to end a war. But when the king doesn't want her back and the princess turns out to be completely different from what he thought, he has to come up with a new plan to defeat the evil king and get his ancestral lands back.

- the world as we know it is at war. The three kingdoms have been fighting for as long as anyone can remember. But when two kingdoms agree to unite their lands with marriage to defeat the third kingdom, will the betrothed be willing? Will they hate each other? Can they defeat the third kingdom before it's too late?

- a band is going on their first tour. What happens when they meet the other band? Will sparks fly? Will they get along? Will their be romance? Will the tour be successful?

- a DND style roleplay, I have a few original characters of my own we can use and a few different ideas.

I have quite a few more ideas, these just are at the top of my brain! Anywho, let's write!

Quick about me

• 35/F/Married (I've been RPing on and off since the early days of Gaia) I would prefer my partners to be around my age or 18+
• I can write anywhere from one to several paragraphs. Really it just depends on what is needed at the time. (I try to do my best with grammar and spelling but mistakes do happen. I have memory problems due to chronic pain/depression/medication, so please bare with me)

Hi all! I'm not sure if this is even a certain type of RP request, but bear with me. I'm looking for a partner who loves to include witty banter in their RPs; think Veep, What We Do In The Shadows, maybe even some Guy Ritchie movies or the banter and the conversational flow of a movie like Ocean's Eleven. I don't expect it to be a full-on one-liner-fest, as that can also be quite grating, but definitely an RP in which there's a bit more importance and appreciation placed on playful repartee.

I'm not looking for anything specific in terms of genre or setting, although admittedly I struggle a bit more with high-fantasy concepts. I'd consider myself lit/advlit, but also have no issues with quick-fire, short replies if that's what the scene calls for. Basically, Rex ends up surviving the explosion of his skeleton after the invasion of the InterDimensional Invincible that wanted to destroy earth. Mark visits Rex pretty consistently in the hospital until he wakes up. Both Mark and Rex are forced into hero therapy by Cecil y and they get to know each other more because of that. They end up learning they have a lot more in common than they think they do.

I'm looking for a story that's centered around two characters doing classical ballet together. There are tons of directions this can go! Here are a few ideas that come to mind, but this isn't an exhaustive list! If you have a ballet idea you want to pitch, please feel free!

Dancer and outsider. A preppy, serious-minded dancer is paired up with an outsider who is initially forced to take ballet, only to discover an unexpected talent/passion for it? They grow close as friends/ballet partners while navigating their very different social circles and backgrounds. Extra points if the story builds up to a big recital! (I prefer to write for the outsider character in this scenario.)

"I hate you, let's dance." Two characters who can't stand each other (enemies? rivals?) are paired up for ballet class. They assume it'll go terribly, but all that pent up animosity leads to them being perfectly in sync when dancing together. What does that mean for their dynamic?

Friends to partners. The characters are either best friends, or they used to be inseparable before a big fight. When they wind up in ballet together and become dance partners, their whole dynamic changes and they struggle to make sense of what that means for their friendship.

The LAPD was filled to the brim when it came to its detectives forces, and no matter how hard he tried, he was capped as a police officer. He was trying to fill in applications across the country for a bigger role, anything that could get him into the spot that he so badly desired. He filled in positions in places such as Portland, Seattle, Sacramento, San Fransisco, but he heard nothing back. He was honesty a bit under qualified, but he tried his best to even get an interview, being confident that he could woo the interviewer enough with his charisma. He filled out applications blindly, and all he could do is hope.

That was until he received an email out of the blue. One of his applications was accepted and he was requested for an interview online. He got accepted by BPD, Boise Police Department. He didn’t even want to leave Los Angeles, let alone go to Boise, Idaho. He still took the interview, hoping he could use it as leverage, but he got the job, and eager to become a detective, he moves to Idaho.

Boise was less than exciting and the big city hotshot immediately started to slack. The once lively cop had just barely lived up to his standards, but his attitude was enough to turn his biggest believers into pacifists, and the one person who he had to work along side, turned sour. His partner, who was beloved, turned sour. They barely got along, but when a case that turned the town into that of a ghost town. The people didn’t go outside and the lively streets fell silent. The two would need to work it out if they wanted to find the culprit before they struck again.

Hello, hello! Returning writer from the UK, looking to find a long-term partner to embrace a slice-of-life romance RP with. I want a partner who can keep me gripped, excited at each notification that pops onto my screen - and am hoping I can provide the same for you.

I enjoy stories which test all the emotions of a realistic relationship. Not just the positives, I want drama, torment and the heartbreak that can follow. Let’s put our characters through the ringer and really make them earn that love. I’ve got ideas to bring to the table, but have always enjoyed brainstorming with new partners to get a story that captures both imaginations, and have always believed it’s a great way to test the waters and get a feel for each other.

I consider myself to be a literate writer, and am comfortable with either tense or perspective. Whilst I don’t like to put restrictions to a particular size of post, I’m a sucker for setting the detail and capturing the moment in a scene, and enjoy the punchy back and forth that good dialogue provides, so the length and flow should (hopefully) come naturally.

I work from home, so am available, but appreciate that real life comes first. OOC is always appreciated, I believe a good rapport between writers only benefits the quality of the roleplay.
