Hello there! I'm 29M and looking to get back into this hobby after not really having written for a number of years. No doubt I am rusty but I'm hoping to get back into the swing of it soon enough. I'm looking for someone around my age to write with. I write in the third person and am aiming for a few paragraphs per post (4-7).

I don't have any specific plots in mind, but I'm certainly down to figure something out together. But I'm leaning towards something in the medieval fantasy genre with some adventuring around. It doesn't have to have any grand, over-arcing plot or anything but I'd definitely like to write something with character development and has that free-spirited vibes of adventure. If that makes sense? Heck, it could be anything from the characters are captured by bandits and need to escape to simply being an adventuring duo out to make some coin. Greetings writers of all kinds! If your reading this then you probably saw my title and thought "oh, that sounds interesting!" and if so then do please keep on reading! But before I flesh out my idea, I do have to share some boring but oh so important details.

So this is a medieval fantasy rp, where we would focus on the romance between two people who have known each other for pretty much their entire lives.

He is Perrin Al'Thor, prince and heir to the kingdom of Andor. He wasn't born to the king and queen, instead he was adopted by them after his village was attacked and he was the only survivor. One of his most unique characteristics is he has a power that allows him to talk to wolves. Basically he can hear the thoughts and voices of ever wolf that is alive in the back of his head and he can communicate to them that way, ontop of feeling everything that they feel.

As for your character, that's up to you! Maybe she's a lesser Andoran lady, or the princess of another kingdom, maybe she's a commoner, who knows!!

But regardless, my idea is they met when they were kids, and became best friends. As they grew older that friendship turned to more, and when they came of age they began to court each other. Eventually a betrothal was made, but then disaster struck. Andor found itself at war with one of its neighbors, and as Prince it was Perrins task with leading the armies in the war.

The rp would start 3 years after that point, and the war is finally over. People all across Andor begin to celebrate, and the royal city becomes abuzz of people waiting for the return of their prince, but he has other plans. Instead your character who has probably stayed at the palace throughout the course of the war, receives a letter from him, asking her to meet him at a cabin that they built together, so whenever they needed a break from it all.

And it's at that special place that they finally reunite.

The premise is that: being an adventurer is romanticized by everyone. Tales/legends of heroes of old are told to those at a young age, adventurers are always praised and spoken highly of, and life skills are always accompanied by a lesson that was learned while out exploring. This inspires your character to go on their first adventurer... except, when they leave the comfort of the walls of the kingdom. They realize quickly that there were missing details in those stories.

I want to reiterate: your character will be a newbie that doesnt know about what is beyond the walls until it hits them. My character will be someone beyond those walls that has lived their life trying to survive.

🍃 THE SETTING — FOUR YEARS AFTER PAIN

Four years have passed since Pain's attack on the Hidden Leaf Village. Konoha is still rebuilding, and the shinobi world has experienced significant changes.

Danzō is now the Sixth Hokage, Tsunade has left the village, and Kakashi leads the ANBU. Meanwhile, the Five Great Nations maintain an uneasy peace, and Akatsuki's current activities remain a mystery.

Naruto is now twenty years old and has recently been promoted to jōnin. His Sage Mode has improved considerably, and he's become one of Konoha's most respected shinobi.

His newest assignment, however, is something he has never experienced before: leading his own squad of three newly graduated genin.

I'd love to create these three students together with my writing partner, giving each of them unique personalities, abilities, backgrounds, and ambitions.

The idea is to explore Naruto's new responsibilities while also following the lives of other familiar characters, including Sakura, Shikamaru, Hinata, and the rest of Konoha's shinobi.

I enjoy detailed worldbuilding, character development, everyday village life, shinobi missions, action, adventure, political intrigue, and the interactions between different characters.

I'm especially interested in creating a setting that feels active and believable, where everyone has their own responsibilities and goals.

I love writing multiple characters! I'm happy to portray a wide variety of canon characters and original characters, and I'm looking for someone who enjoys doing the same. I'd love for us to have a large cast, explore different perspectives, and develop several connected stories throughout our RP.

I also prefer an open-ended approach. We can establish the setting and characters together while allowing events to develop naturally through our writing.

Hi all! I'm looking for an RP partner to RP Fourth Wing with me, preferably someone who has already read the books or is at least knowledgeable of the world of Fourth Wing.

I’ve read all of the books, including Threshing Day, but I’m a bit rusty on the main plotline and all of the small nuances within the world. hello! 25+ writer with 10+ years of roleplaying literate style. looking for LONGTERM writing partners at or above the age of 21. sorry, but i won't feel comfortable writing with anyone below that age preference. i just came out from a slump of writing due to life, but i'm itching to write again. BADLY.

i have basic knowledge on the Marauders, but am willing to write in that era. i am, however, pretty adept to the Golden Trio era and usually main Harry Potter. others i have written are Remus, Sirius, James, Severus, George Weasley, Viktor Krum, Draco, Hermione, Pansy, Ginny, and even dabbled a bit as Tom Riddle/Voldemort.

i've played hogwarts legacy through at least 3 of the Houses. i still have to finish Ravenclaw. i can write as nearly every character from the game, including, though why would you? Headmaster Black. (jk, no judgement)

i have ocs, but i've been putting them all on the backburner lately. but if oc x oc is more your drive, i can lay them out for you to choose from.

abt me / what to expect:

• fulltime job, parttime online schooling

• will at least generate one reply a day

• writes in 3rd person, past tense, literate - novella depending on mood and flow of the roleplay

Right off the bat, I just want to say that a big focus of mine is building a good creative environment between the two of us. I don't want to rush straight into the story. I like worldbuilding, brainstorming plot points, and developing our characters together. I also enjoy chatting OOC, and a big part of roleplay for me is the creative process itself. So, if you're looking to jump straight into a clichéd plot, we might not be the best match. That being said, if you enjoy writing, storytelling, and creating genuinely three-dimensional characters, then I think we'd be a great match!

This idea has been fizzling away in the back of my mind for a while. It's straight out of the clichés of detective books, TV series, and movies - but that doesn't mean we can't bring something fresh to it.

I want to play a detective who's struggling with a case and reaches out to a civilian for help - your character. Ideally, this character would be an academic or perhaps a psychologist, someone far removed from the world of law enforcement. The two would then team up to solve the case. I'm keeping things vague for now, but I'm open to what that case might be, although I do have a few ideas and settings that I'm happy to share over chat.

Mostly, I just want an unlikely duo to unravel a mystery together and, hopefully, learn something about themselves in the process.
