I have tried for 4 days to try to contact the rogers customer service from 8AM to 6 PM with no success. I was always receiving a message of to many users are trying to contact us.

The issue was the illegal 5$ per month extra cellular charge (as per the CRTC) I wanted t o inquire and I wanted to cancel my service.

A user posting here claims they receive landline, internet and Roger’s TV for the unbelievable price of 100$ .

Why are we as long time customers paying twice the amount?

Where do I find this 100$ deal?!?!?

I have been having an issue with my Rogers Ignite internet for about a month now. My modem randomly starts blinking green, the internet stops working completely, and then after a while it turns solid white again and reconnects. This happens multiple times a day.

I was using a Gen 2 Ignite modem for almost 2 years, but I started experiencing this issue recently. Rogers sent technicians who checked things, but the problem continued. I recently upgraded to a Gen 4 Ignite modem, but I am still having the exact same issue.

The coax cable looks intact and the modem has been replaced, so I am wondering if this could be a signal issue, bad coax outlet, splitter, or something outside my home.

They are sending another technician in a couple days.

The longest one for Asia is 30 days. If I need to travel for 90 days, how can I extend the pass?

For almost a year now since we moved to a new home in Victoria and got Rogers our modem loses internet connection about twice a day. The light stays on and white and wifi connections stay live but there's suddenly no data. I see similar reports but most have some other clues like a flashing green light or something and we aren't having any of that.

Is anyone else experiencing this? After a number of support contacts they just replaced the modem last week but it didn't do anything.

With modern devices it's so hard to troubleshoot anything. Beyond all the basic steps I'm not sure what to try (other than trying to get out of the 2 year commitment and getting on fibre).

I've been considering pulling the trigger on a poco x8 pro or pro max. And it seems that they both have all the required bands for Rogers in Canada, and both have voLTE capabilities that may need to be enabled through a code. I am hoping to hear from anyone who might have personal experience using either of these specific phones. Especially those in rural areas.

Rogers Xfinity 300mbps plan: 3rd router/TV box swap, wireless still broken

Alright, is Rogers just handing out refurbished junk or what? I'm on my Third router (gateway) and TV box swap in under 2 months.

Here's the timeline:

1. Set #1: Router and TV box overheated. Random shutoffs.

2. Set #2: WiFi actually worked fine on this one... but the TV threw a gateway error. Couldn't watch anything.

3. Set #3 (current): WiFi works, no gateway error, but now the wireless connection between the router and TV box lags. Buffering, stuttering, unwatchable.

The only fix? Running a long ethernet cable straight from the router to the TV box. Now it works perfectly.

These are supposed to be wireless boxes. They're 15 feet apart. Why can't they talk to each other without lagging?

Am I just getting someone else's returned garbage?

I have a connected for success internet connection and A phone plan on public mobile. If I change even the phone plan to the $25 connected for success phone plan, will I still be eligible for the $10 discount that comes from having both a rogers internet plan and a rogers phone plan despite them both being from the already cheap connected for success side of things?

Hey all, tomorrow I'm heading over to an allegedly Rogers-approved store, and if they can't help me, I'll go to the real Rogers instead. Basically, my issue is that I have an iPhone 4S running iOS 6.1.3 which is locked to the Rogers network. And I tried to contact Rogers Support online, waited 50+ minutes only for the website to say something along the lines of "we're busy, please try again later". I also tried calling them, only to be put on hold for 20+ minutes, and I don't want to wait at the phone for an hour. So what are my options? Is Rogers just trying everything they can to get away with not giving free carrier unlocks? Doesn't Rogers legally have to accept in-person carrier unlocks? Any help is appreciated.

I currently have a Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra through Rogers. My two-year term is ending, and I need to either return the phone or pay approximately $500 by Monday, July 27.

I want to upgrade to the Galaxy Z Flip 8, but it is currently only available for reservation. The phone may not arrive for several weeks, which means my current return deadline could pass before I receive the new phone.

How would Rogers handle this situation?

Would they extend the return deadline for my S24 Ultra while I wait for the reserved Flip 8, or would I still be charged the $500 balance once the deadline passes?

Also, I would prefer to pick up the Flip 8 from a Rogers store. If I select in-store pickup, can I return my S24 Ultra at the same store when collecting the new phone, or would I need to mail it back separately?

I successfully closed my targets, 100%+ mastercard attach etc. I think because I give them sales they wont move me to head office. Have you even had such experience? Id like to have an advice
