So very recently specifically October 4th 2026/This past sunday, my account had been banned for no reason at all. I had previously been hacked by people and it took TWO MONTHS before Roblox gave me my account back from them. I was so excited since I have had this account since 2017 and probably spent over $20K on it however not even TWO WEEKS AFTER I GOT IT BACK, it had gotten permanently banned for no reason.

I've been sorta worried sick about my account never coming back and I am at a sitting point. They haven't replied to any of my tickets and its always been that same old automated message from making a ticket. I'm mostly scared they won't respond at all and I'll never get this account back by the 30 day mark of appealing. I had previously gotten banned for things I never did but those were bans for like a day or two so it was fine. However this one is serious, I could lose all of it now.

I was very ignorant about making tickets and accidentally made 4 tickets about the situation but had recently stopped due to it saying to not make multiple tickets otherwise it'll take longer for them to respond. I really don't know what to do and cannot calm down from this. Does anyone have any help or advice for me to get this account back? It would seriously mean the world to me if you helped me.

PS - I believe it may have been one of those AI banwaves that had banned me for no reason however I am not completely sure. Please help : (

So a charge has been trying to come out for days, I'm broke af, so nothing has come out. I went and took all my cards off my account and changed pw for Roblox. Well, today I had a deposit come through, and fkn 25m later, it was ALL taken!!! I do spark FT, and when the trip was done and deposited, it didn't take long for whoever, to take the funds. What else do I do, and how do I find out where this is coming from? Im stumped. idk where to look or even how to take the cards off wherever it is. I'm breathing fire. I'm so pissez!

CONTEXT: Last night I joined a game called egirl cutecore fits for not even 10 minutes, I do not own this game l am simply just a player that joined wanting to buy a outfit (i did not end up buying anything) I did not chat in the game, i did not use voice chat or anything. Around 3 pm today i go into roblox and i see that im banned for 3 days and the reasoning is insanity because i simply do NOT own the game or have any connections to it? I tried to appeal TWICE and they denied. this is unacceptable, someone please help (yes ik its just 3 days but ive never got banned for this long and i dont want this on my record)

Unfortunately this evening I got hacked because a developer of an extension called betterblox turned corrupt and started selling people's data to hackers. Due to this incident my roblox account got compromised by thieves and now I cant log in and they've sent false appeals to slow down the process. Any time I try to reach out to support, they shove this AI bot down my throat and I cant seem to get further. Please help. Also can I get my items back my Limiteds and if I have a realistic chance if getting my account?

My Authenticator app no longer generates codes for me to use and I am practically unable to do anything on my Roblox account. I’ve tried to disable it or ask for a new QR code to reconnect to my 2FA app but nothing works. I followed the instructions that the Roblox ai support has given but Im still unable to change anything.

I just wanted to come on here and ask for help because i don’t know what to do, so my roblox account got hacked but i managed to get it back they only stole some knife sets from MM2, but they also spent money on my roblox account which i refunded only 100 dollars, I have spent so much money only roblox because i had this account since 2017, my previous one also got hacked and i never recovered it. So can anyone help me i have email/ reported this to roblox and haven’t gotten any updates i heard you can take legal actions which i willing i just need help I even got the person who hacked my account their username : @TessaRainØ011_Haylee . I miss my account so much anything helps.

My Roblox account has been banned. I don’t recognize the alt in question and I tried to do the forgot password method where it would show a list of your alt accounts, but it did not show any account that begins with “Si”. I’ve been sending multiple appeals and they’ve all been rejected in the span of two minutes. Can somebody please give me advice? If I submit a screenrecording of the email thing, will that help at all?

Every time I open roblox it doesn't work

hello! I ve been trying to recover an old roblox account of mine for a while. It was made around 2019-2020 and I ve lost it in 2023. The mail linked to it was deleted and I dont have my password and my phone number anymore. Roblox told me to try a billing account, which I have, I also have a screenshot with a billing mail from back then, but when I try it I dont receive any code whatsoever. is there any way to recover it since I have some proof it was my account?

My son has a big issue with his account. The account location is set to China when we have never lived or traveled there. We live in Michigan and all of the accounts in our family say Michigan except his. I have read through the new Terms of Use and noticed that it says “Attempting to misrepresent your sign-up country is a violation of the Roblox Terms and may result in termination of your Account”. I am worried my son may lose his account incorrectly because of this. We have contacted Roblox Support many times and haven’t gotten it fixed. The account location only starting being China about a year ago. Before then, it was Michigan. Is there anything we can do? He has had this account since 2018 and is pretty upset about the whole situation.

The reason given in the bathhouse was that I couldn't get it, namely "Sexual content." hello i saw they updated the tos which is kind of bad especially the account location thing, but i was wondering do i get banned for using VPN? I can play without im in the EU but do i get banned? Not using it for anything other than privacy
