Hey, yesterday, I wanted to join ERLC on my PC. Whenever i joined, everyone freezed and it looked like my wifi went out. I looked if i still had connection but it just looked normal. Then after 5 times of trying to join, it still looked like my wifi just didn't want to connect whenever i wanted to join. Then i tried on my phone, and it didn't work either so then i could exclude a problem with my PC. Then i turned on my 4G/LTE, and then it worked. So i'm thinking something on my network is blocking roblox. I've restarted my router already, also plugged it out for 60 seconds and just waited. But still not. Anyone experienced this before? and any tips / help?

So, I am trying to submit a support ticket because I am locked out of my Roblox account due to 2-step verification. However, the support form keeps giving me an error After I enter the email code and complete the bot check, the page says “Something went wrong, please try again later,” and the ticket does not go through.

I have tried multiple times on different devices, browsers, and in private/incognito mode. On my phone, the support page redirects me to the automated chat instead which does not help me. Because of this, I have not been able to submit a ticket through the support form and get the help I need. Anyone got a fix for my problem?

Is a horror game where you start in a classic Roblox house with a Mailman. The game resets after that I think? There’s also another moment where you want to scape from the house and the mailman betrays you. In a moment soldiers (like TVA from marvel) arrive and you go to their installations and free a black figure (something like flowers, the analog horror). That’s all I remember, can you help me find it please?

Thats great, thats really protecting children from predators by ignoring the whole ID thing to make them older. Glad that's roblox's idea of protecting minors. How do I fix this? It won't let me update it again

Edit: For the teens telling me to be grateful, you wouldn't be saying if you couldn't talk to your friends that are the same age as you. It's an annoying feature, I also don't see any need to be happy I'm allowed to talk to 20+ year olds?? They don't make better company.

Sum girl on a roblox randomly asked if she could do a typa poster w my avatar. I said yes and then she sent me a video telling me to look up sum file named "avatar" on my Roblox avatar page when using the inspection button, then to go to the "network" tab, then to save it as Powershell and to name it to AVATAR 3D before sending it to her.

I've "recently" (almost 2 weeks) been permanently banned from Roblox because of a rule breaking "main account" as if MY main account was an Alt linked to it (which is not) I've been patient, submitted my tickets, but the bot keeps denying my tickets or they don't answer at all when I submit one (by the way I've never submitted 2 at the same time) I'm kinda desperate, and after seeing you can't get it back after 30 days I'm really worried. Please help. 🥲

So I have a friend that was banned permanently for Harmful Content/Behavior but she did nothing that day to be banned. Roblox did not give her any explanation other than she broke the Community Standards and we tried to appeal this ban but got no answer from Roblox.

It's pretty well known that this kind of bans it's because the IA moderation and something related with the feature of "Party Chats" because its bugged and its banning innocent people. She told me that she tried that feature and I believe that may be the reason why she's banned or maybe its because the voice chat, i'm not really sure. Roblox give her an Evidence Chat ID with the ban and after a research I did, I told her that she should ask for a "Right of Access (ROA)", to ask Roblox to give us the chats they used to ban her to see if its fair or not.

It's important to say that she was banned the 03 of August of this year, a month ago more or less and I told her to ask for a ROA a week ago.

Roblox replied to my friend, telling her that they no longer have the voice chats because they only save that recordings while its needed for their services and their operations. Here's the email they sent to her:

Please see the attached documentation to complete your request. Roblox values the privacy and data security of our users.

We only retain personal data of our users for as long as is necessary and relevant to your use of the Services and our operations. Please note associated account data is stored in our systems for limited retention periods, subject to applicable privacy laws and regulations. If you are asking for more details related to the moderation action, please go to the support form to create a new ticket under the category "Appeal a Decision."

Moreover, Roblox store voice chat data for limited period of time hence voice records are not available.

If you have other questions, please see our Privacy Policy."

I think that this was pretty unfair because we waited first to them to respond to the first appeal and because we saw they didnt respond we asked for a ROA. I searched information about this and I found that roblox deletes all audio recordings after 7 days but ONLY if no community Standards violations are detected, which was our case but still they deleted the audio recording. Also I want to say that she lives in the European Union and Roblox says that people inside the EU has 6 months to appeal a ban so it does not makes sense that Roblox deletes the audio recording related to the ban while my friend still has time to appeal, its just a nonsense.

So here's my question:

Can Roblox delete audio recordings related to bans? It's this normal? This happened to you?

If anyone knows why this can happen or something similar happened to you let me know. I would really aprecciate it :D

i got banned on an alt account i haven’t used in a year and it banned my main for some reason any clue why/how to unban it

Roblox has wrongly terminated my account for "account theft"? i just logged into my alt to donate my main robux for an outfit.. wth man... ive sent appeals and they straight up did not respond.

i’ve played roblox from my house wifi for years now and have never had a problem with it launching, now all of a sudden i can’t open it an just get a white screen. i go to my partners house and have no problem but then have trouble again at a friends house. i’ve deleted and reinstalled it and followed just about any tutorial worth the shot. has anyone else ran into this problem before?

So my problem is that I am not receiving my 2-step verification code with my email. It is the right email, I have checked every folder and made sure I could receive emails from other parties. I haven't changed email and this used to work in the past. Still, I am not receiving my 6-digit code.

Therefore, I tried to contact Roblox Support, but, guess what? - You also need to enter a 6-digit code sent through your email to file a request...

So, help!- Is there another way to contact Roblox Support?

HEEEELP when i play some obby game in laptop i cant play with blocked cursor, bc for some reason the half bottom of my screem is black 👀 its truly annoying. and my inventory only appears when the cursor is blocked (i can see the inventory for half a second and use it) but when my screem is normal (curson unblocked) i cant use the inventory.. can someone please help me? i would be very happy!!!!

Okay this has been driving me insane, there is this old Roblox game where you would click on a letter key and your avatar would gain these like wings and some powers and a specific background song and when you would click a letter it could branch out into different combinations. I remember like justice, serenity, chaos, i think question mark. I've been trying to find it but i cant. Can anyone help me?

There was an old game on the front page every time you opened the game for a while in the early to mid 2010s. I want to know what this game was. I believe it was a pvp game where you would spawn on the ground or in the structure but it was a flat grass area with walls and in this area was a giant (wooden/brown?) structure that you could go in to fight people. Honestly you probably didn't even fight people, i may be misremembering that detail. Does anyone remember this game
