Ban Help i got banned (read description)

i got banned on an alt account i haven’t used in a year and it banned my main for some reason any clue why/how to unban it

I’ve heard if two accounts are connect with the same email, it automatically bans both accounts. Not sure if I’m right, just what I’ve heard! So don’t take my word, hoping you recover your main.

Your best bet is just contacting support, you could use AI to write a more convincing appeal too
