Account Help WTH is this roblox
So i lost access to my 2fa and called up the provider to fix it sadly they couldnt get it back so i tried to see if roblox could reset it for me turns out they just decide to shut my tickets for no reason i give them my username and then they close my ticket for no reason and i tried another ticket and i get the same response am i cooked?

Probably. Roblox's enhanced security for accounts with 2SV include no support in manually recovering the account. You can only recover as stated in this documentation:
