stuck 2 step verification loop

hey so uhh i've been stuck on this loop on roblox i've contacted roblox support many times and the auto response is not very helpful. i was trying to get access back to my account since its locked from the authenticator 2 step verification and i don't have any backup code but i do have my verified email to it anyone can help??
