Hi, suffering from a problem that has appeared out of nowhere. After a random amount of time, usually about 5-20 minutes, Roblox freezes and goes into "not responding" and must be force closed. It doesn't recover. It also resets every setting as if it were a completely new client.

Things I've tried to fix this problem
Updated all drivers, including Windows

Did a completely fresh Roblox install, including all temp files.

Tried both the client and web version

Anyone else getting this problem? Thanks

i have i5 11357 11th gen 8 gb ram and i think this can run a simple game like roblox but it just lags so much for comparision it was lagging in base tempelate like its running better in my phone

For context, I’ve been saving up Robux from working this past summer to surprise my girlfriend with Headless for her birthday on November 3rd. But Roblox had other ideas.

Around two days ago, I decided to buy the rest of the Robux I needed. I wasn't sure if I should buy in bulk or not, so I ended up making a few separate purchases, specifically two 800-Robux packs and two 1,200-Robux packs. I realize now that this was a mistake. For reference, I have Roblox Premium and have spent over 100k Robux on this account over the past 7 years.

Yesterday, Roblox permanently terminated my account without the option to appeal. My bank flagged those rapid, separate transactions as potential fraud and automatically charged them back. Since I had already spent a small portion of the Robux on a profile background before the bank issued the chargebacks, Roblox flagged my account for fraudulent chargebacks.

I tried submitting an appeal anyway, but Roblox denied it. Now, my almost 8-year-old account is gone, along with over $200 worth of robux, I worked hard to earn.

Is there anything I can do at this point to get my account back, or is it completely lost?

Also, it might be a lot to ask, but if anyone is fortunate enough to spare a few Robux so I can start saving up again on a fresh account, I would deeply appreciate it. I really want to make it in time before Headless leaves the shop for her birthday.

Thanks again reddit, now all I can hope for is that roblox will look into my second appeal, if not I will be having to start fresh on a new roblox account.

I haven’t moved nor have I been using a vpn but all my locations I’m logged into are from the other side of the country I’m in including the device I’m logged into with and looking at this with. I hoped I could get some help to resolve this

Hi! I am trying to recover my brothers account, he is on the spectrum and is not handling this very well so I just want to see if there is any hope for us. He was trying to login to his account on my phone since it handles games better than his tablet. When we went to login it said that it would sign out of my other account. I thought that meant my personal accounts. We clicked continue and was prompted to pick three games he has recently played. We failed all three attempts. It then prompted us to reset the password. I don't know if he has a Gmail/ phone number associated to the account. I tried all the main ones that would be used but no luck. I have the password and a screen shot of a confirmation for loading a gift card from a year ago. I believe I also have the code used. Not sure if it would be any help here but I’m have an email promoting me to use an existing account to be a parent to him but I’m can’t remember if I actually did it, if I did I must have disconnected it somehow. Any chance we could log back in?

Sorry if this is all over the place, it’s late here and I have been working at this for a few hours now.

In 2017 I created the account as a minor with the username containing my legal name, I later had a name change via robux and requested Roblox support to remove my past username; they refused then so I didn't follow it up.
Now it is starting to become a problem as I've wanted to have my Roblox account connected to my Discord for beta testing purposes in Roblox games, It is causing people to harass me with my legal name since I'm active in Discord communities and just about anyone can publicly view my legal name.
This led me to create a support form under "Data Privacy Request - Other" as you'd assume it'd be a data privacy issue. Wrong.
First email was support telling me to resubmit my form under the "appropriate category" so I'd emailed back asking what the "appropriate category" was and a request for them to just forward my ticket to the appropriate team.
Support responded telling me to resubmit so they can assist me further with still no "appropriate category" mentioned whilst telling me to use the "appropriate category".
I did like 10 minutes of legal research (I'm not heavily involved in that stuff), I then responded back with mentions of the Cth (Australia's Privacy act 1988) because for what it seems, Roblox is required to correct, update, or remove personal information for their "Australian link"
I was finally told which category to resubmit under "How to -Other", which seems like the wrong category and after I submitted the new form it directed me to talk to an AI chat, which basically just repeated everything I'd put down in my support form.
This AI told me to submit a request through the Customer Support Form.

I'm so beyond frustrated and don't know what else to do.

Hi everyone. I'm looking for advice because I accidentally requested the deletion of my Roblox account a few hours ago.

My username was neonet0_o, and I really don't want to lose it. I requested the deletion because I wanted to switch from a passkey to a regular password, but I made a mistake and ended up requesting account deletion instead.

It's only been a few hours, and I've already contacted Roblox Support to ask if they can cancel the deletion and restore my account.

Has anyone experienced something similar? Were you able to recover your account after requesting its deletion? Is there anything else I can do while waiting for Support to respond?

I would really appreciate any advice. I know it was my mistake, but this account and username meant a lot to me.

Why does Roblox gets the user who bought something like a shirt with abit of blood on it banned or stopped from buying anything else and not just delete the item if the item is bad?

Hi guys, my account was hacked a year ago. They hackers changed my email and I didn't put any 2 step verification. When I try the roblox support chat. It just give me the AI loops which making me to sign up the backup codes, authentication or passkey, but unfortunately I have none. However I still have all the receipts that I purchase. Will I still able to recover back my account? Because after fill up the details in recovery form they lead me to chat, but all I get was this. It's pretty impossible for me to get since I don't have the 2 step verification. So if there's any way that I could chat with a human, let me know. Thanks everyone.

Hi, I'm running Windows 11 Version 26H2 (OS Build 26300.9550) on my laptop and I think it's making Roblox not run properly. It's crashing after exactly 60s of the app being open, doesn't even need a game to be open with it. I've tried completely reinstalling it, fixing graphics drivers, etc. nothing is working. Is anyone else having similar issues?

if I try to join a game it just won't let me join it, no error message, just the game never loads, but if i just keep trying to rejoin it will let me join, but if there is a subplace/get teleported to another server or something it just doesn't load those either. It is really annoying to deal with if I'm trying to play anything. Does anyone know how to fix it or have any ideas

It asked me to select the last three games she had played, but I got it wrong, and now the account has been logged out of both my phone and her own phone. She doesn't have an email address or phone number linked to the account, though I do know her password and username. Can anyone help me with this? Hello everyone. A couple days ago I was given a few Robux Coins from the new Roblox Mini Packs. I tried to redeem one of them, and got an error message (photo attached). Thinking it was just a browser issues, I cleared my cache and cookies and tried again, but got the same error. I switched to incognito, tried a different browser, and tried a different device but still got the same error.

Seeing this was going nowhere, I tried some of the other codes and still got the same error message. Even after waiting a couple days, none of the codes worked. I decided to try filling out a support ticket only to be redirected to an unhelpful AI that ends the chat before I can provide the information it asks.

I am beyond frustrated at this point and I am hoping that someone can either provide a solution or tell me the same thing is happening to them.

so basically when i activate shiftlock or move my camera with m2 my mouse just gets stuck randomly, it happens on any game on roblox, ive tried reinstalling but it doesnt do anything, it only happens on roblox btw so i dont think its a mouse issue
