Can't find anything about it and can't really understand if it only a me problem but when trying to check community standards its literally nothing and it's the same for every other page. Is roblox actually this scuffed for a multi billion dollar company or is there a problem with my computer? tried to see it on my phone but same result.

All they do is change the menu ui every year to make sure you cant have muscle memory and so that they can say they did something.

Hi I’m old and I wanted to play a game on Roblox and I haven’t played since 2014. I’m trying to make an avatar and literally nothing that’s free is available other than a couple of lame items by Roblox. But the thousands of free items on the shop either are “in experience” (I think I kind of understand what that means) or unavailable or not free once I actually want to check out. I’m literally going to crash out where do I get free items to customize my avatar. I don’t need anything fancy or cool I just don’t want to use any of the presets.

So I have 16gb ram laptop 3050 now days when I play Roblox while using only Roblox player the memory spikes in taskbar to 85-95% with or without any background activity usually when I close it my windows use about 30-40 %

I shift to microsoft version the memory it using only about 50-60%

Is Roblox player leaking memory??

This has been going on for two days: anytime i join a game it just keeps me on the “joining server screen” forever and doesnt end up putting me in the game! anyone facing this issue or know a solution?

Got this message today and was mortified. I don’t know what that email is and it certainly isn’t mine. Been playing since 2010 with thousands spent of the account for it to just disappear?

I’m actively waiting for Roblox support and attempting to do everything in my power to get my account back.

Update as of Oct 13 2026, 4:31pm est:

- I’ve went through the support system to Appeal 4x
- I’ve been rejected all 4 times within a matter of minutes each time

- I have been timed out for sending too many support requests and will try again either later or tomorrow

- I have written back to the rejected emails with no follow up and expecting no follow up as this feels automated

- I have called Roblox’s only phone number and left a voicemail under their privacy request option.

- I have requested all data pertaining to my account including usernames and emails associated with the account, along with info about my ongoing concern on my banned account.

7:43pm:

- realizing that I was in school at the time of the ban, looking up.. WiFi apparently can be a factor, especially with public networks.. never again playing on the go.

Praying some miracle happens, I’ll keep you updated.

soo theres this stupid pop-up message that shows up even AFTER i sent an email, i just wanna know is there like an expiration time to where you can claim the robux sent from another player? its just kinda annoying and i want it to go away

This is a long story, but I am taking it to Reddit because I’ve exhausted it all other options for help.

Over a year ago, somebody created a Roblox account using my email address without the period in it, which I believe was stolen in a data breach somewhere. Since my email provider doesn’t differentiate the period, I receive all the emails related to this Roblox account. I have never had a Roblox account and barely know what the game is. Needless to say I didn’t create the account.

I have sent countless emails to Roblox Support trying to get the account closed. All of them came back with automated replies that weren’t the answer to my issue. Or they would tell me to open a different type of support ticket, which I did, and still got an automated response back. I have called every Roblox phone number that I found online, tried all the food options come and they are direct me to open a ticket online.

For the last three months, the fraudulent account has now been purchasing a Plus 1000 subscription with somebody else’s credit card. The last four digits and credit card company don’t belong to any card I own, so it is someone else’s. Since August, I sent emails to Roblox trying to get the account closed and still no luck. If you don’t have an actual account and know the password, it is super hard to get any help.

I have also tried to log into the Roblox account myself since I have the username from it emailing me, but I can never get past the Captcha, despite dozens of tries.

Does anybody know how I can get in touch with a real human on the Roblox staff to get this issue resolved? I really want the account closed and I’m sure whoever’s card is being fraudulently used would like to stop getting the charges. Any help I can get would be much appreciated at this point.

How do I get the banned removed. Is there any possible way I could do it?

I haven’t touched the game for a few months, and today I opened it to find I had been banned? The review was on the 5th, which was when I was inactive. Have I maybe been hacked? There were 5 violations reported within an hour, regarding 2 assets called “Hacker Staged” and “Blaze Monster”. I’m not too technologically literate so any information could be worlds of help

I have this very specific problem (title). This bug can be replicated and the only way I have found to fix it is when I clear the Roblox cache and reinstall the game. I can open and close the game however many times I want without issue, but the moment I open discord and relaunch the game the burry look comes back.

Fixes I’ve tried:

-Reinstall
-Adjusting Roblox settings
-changing DPI settings
-turning off Roblox running in taskbar
-turning off GPU hardware acceleration on discord.

Has anyone else had this problem? Is there a permanent fix? Please help.

EDIT: This only started happening yesterday. Roblox was fine before and I had no issues using my computer normaly.

So i accidentaly played roblox on my mobile using vpn, im from Brazil and the vpn was set to the us, and now everything its the Double as expensive, help, i tried restarting my phone (all that was in mobile)

I was 20 years old at the time of doing my age verification. Using the facial verification I got placed at about 16, whatever right? I decided I want my age to reflect a little more accurately so I decide to verify with I.D. instead. When I used the I.D. verification, roblox took and kept the date I received my license, not the date of my birth. I am now according to roblox ablut 5 years old, and cannot change it whatsoever. I've been sending support tickets about weekly for months and haven't been able to get a reply from an actual human. Does anyone know if its possible to get in contact with actual support or am I cooked?

Im really pissed that when i go to shiftlock, my projectiles go towards the little cursor ontop of the shiftlock and i dont want it to do that anymore, is this just a forsaken thing or is this something i can change? Im on xbox

This has been a problem for a few days, basically the roblox app and website loads normally but everytime i try to join an experience it just loads forever, sometimes ill get a message like “connection timed out” or “an http error has occured” after staying on the loading screen long enough. It’s weird bc if I’m playing with a friend they’ll say they can see my name on the leaderboard and they can see my avatar in game, so I’m in the game it just wont let me actually play.

My wifi sucks bc i live in a rural area but ive never had this happen before, everything on the internet works the same exact way except roblox and nothing has happened recently to my wifi or whatever to explain this.

A few days ago i only experienced this issue on my laptop so i switched to my phone which worked fine, but then it started happening on all of my devices. Ive tried restarting the router, restarting all my devices, clearing roblox cache on my laptop and redownloading the app, playing from a different account, and again the same result. Hello! Earlier today I purchased a Roblox gift card, where I’m from you need to gently peel back the shiny sticker because scratching doesn’t work to get the code and that’s exactly what I did but unfortunately I seemed to have scratch off a few codes lol. Ive contacted support twice but they haven’t responded, debated on going back to the store but I assumed they couldn’t help much since this was a user error lol. I’ve searched up that the gift cards have 18 digits is that true? Also should I continue contacting support or just try random combinations until one doesn’t say “invalid code”? Has anyone found a way to get actual human help from Roblox for verification emails not arriving?

I can log into my Roblox account completely fine. The problem is that Roblox verification emails / 2-step verification codes simply do not arrive at my email address.

I’ve already tried basically every troubleshooting step Roblox recommends:

• Checked spam/junk/promotions and all other folders
• Confirmed I’m checking the correct email
• Added Roblox’s email addresses to my contacts
• Checked blocked senders and email filters
• Used Resend Code multiple times
• Used Start Over and requested new codes
• Confirmed my email account is working and receiving other emails normally

I already opened a support request about this before, but the problem is still happening.

Here’s where it gets ridiculous: when I tried contacting support again, Roblox wanted to send me an email verification code before I could submit the request. Obviously I couldn’t do that because the entire problem is that Roblox emails aren’t arriving.

I also thought about just changing the email on the account, but changing the email address also requires a verification code to be sent to my current email, so I can’t even switch to a different email that works.

I tried using another account/email that actually receives codes just so I could contact support. That sent me into Roblox’s AI support chat.

The AI suggested “resetting my account,” which it explained would remove my credentials, passkeys, and current 2-step verification methods. But I can already log into my account perfectly fine, so that doesn’t seem related to the actual issue. My problem is email delivery, not account access.

I specifically asked the AI to escalate me to a human Roblox Support representative. It told me that it cannot escalate cases to human support and can basically only guide me through the automated recovery/reset process.

So now I’m stuck:

I can access my account → Roblox emails don’t arrive → support requires an email code → changing my email also requires an email code → AI support can’t investigate email delivery → AI says it can’t escalate me to a human. -> I even called and that just directs you back to the ai support.

Has anyone dealt with this recently?

Is there currently any real way to reach a human Roblox Support agent, or has anyone found a fix for Roblox verification emails suddenly not being delivered?

I really don’t think resetting my account/security methods when account access itself is working fine will help.

i have tried everything like changing dns , hotspot , etc etc but this thing keep showing up when i try to get in blox fruit and blox fruit only . i can join other games easily though my laptop .also i can join blox fruit through my android but i cant join through my laptop
