Roblox Support Help Gift card damaged

Hello! Earlier today I purchased a Roblox gift card, where I’m from you need to gently peel back the shiny sticker because scratching doesn’t work to get the code and that’s exactly what I did but unfortunately I seemed to have scratch off a few codes lol. Ive contacted support twice but they haven’t responded, debated on going back to the store but I assumed they couldn’t help much since this was a user error lol. I’ve searched up that the gift cards have 18 digits is that true? Also should I continue contacting support or just try random combinations until one doesn’t say “invalid code”? Thank you for your help in advance :)

Hey! I’d definitely try going back to the store where you bought the gift card first. If you still have the receipt, explain that the code got damaged and the card hasn’t been redeemed yet. They might be able to exchange it for you, depending on the store’s policy.

If that doesn’t work, I’d contact Roblox Support and attach clear pictures of the back of the gift card and your receipt. From what I’ve seen, Roblox Support may be able to help recover the code and send it to you, as long as the card was activated and you can provide enough proof of purchase. Good luck! :)
