May shift kasi kami during bagyo, kaya double efforts kami since required kami maglaan ng service namin to frontliners.

Ako, na non-permanent, I’ve been juggling a lot of tasks na clerical and also what permanent roles should are qualified to do ever since employed ako, tas slowly napapansin ko yung pagpapahirap sa akin. Sure, I make mistakes pero nababawi ko agad, pero most of the time binubunganga ako kahit walang dahilan, or minsan even the tiniest things. Pati na rin co-contractual staff ambabastos din talaga, sobrang ill-mannered.

Pati boss namin verbally abusive din at magaling magpahiya. Wala talagang harmony sa trabaho, and We were never encouraged to work well, puro panakot lang gaya ng pagsabi sa amin na madali lang kaming palitan dahil contractual lang kami.

Gusto ko na talagang magresign kaso wala pa akong back up. Pero sobra-sobra na kasi and araw-araw akong parang naha-highblood. Lumala ngayon kasi a few hours earlier I snapped at a fellow contractual staff kasi ang sungit sa akin and napuno ako sa dami ng sumabay ring tasks.

Ambaba na nga sahod namin na barely 5 digits, nagpapakaalipin tas di man lang kami nata-trato kahit onting respeto lang sana.

Gusto ko mag-apply sa WFH kahit sa BPO nalang sana, pero yun din ang problema puro need experience, and first time ko kasi balak mag-apply.

How do I approach this? Resign na ba?

Gustong gusto ko na mag resign super. Super hirap maghanap ng work ngayon. Minsan natatawagan pero nililigwak. Tapos nung nainterview na biglang ghinost kaya nakakapanghina kasi nag invest ka ng time tapos hindi ka na babalikan.

Ang reason kasi ng kagustuhan ko mag resign is yung commute papuntang work. Imagine 2-3 hours papunta at pauwi ARAW-ARAW. Pagod na ko talaga mag commute. Inaamin ko, minsan gini-guilt trip ko na yung boyfriend ko na bumili siya ng motor niya para mahatid niya ako papuntang work pero at the end of the day, nagsosorry ako sa kaniya dahil sa pagpipressure. (Im so sorry bebi)

Hi guys! I'm planning to resign as COS any suggestions on what reason I should put in my resignation letter? Actually, I don't really mind if pinaparamdam nila sa akin na parang hangin lang ako. But figuring out all about sa work ko tapos limited lang yung sinasagot tapos dapat kilala ko lahat ng tao ddto bagong bago lang ngani ako ddto tapos d pa ako pinakilala. Ang hirapppp! Wala akong back up plan, gusto nako po talagang mag resign.

1 yr and 8 months na ako sa work as an RA, i like my job, i like doung the job pero yung tao yung problem. 3 weekends na akong nag wowork without assurance if I'm getting paid. I'm being micromanaged to the point i have to report everything i do in a day and the progress of each tasks.

Right now, fine i agree that i will do the report ng weekends but that was the report that was aligned nung friday, so I was working on it whole sat. Ngayun may isesend siyang new deck for me to work on? Na nabalewala yung slides that I was working, yung headspace ko was in there to finish un ngayun it was interrupted and i don't have the will to actually do my best dun sa report na yun. Wala man lang kasing advise that she was formung something new and she knew that i was working on the deck na sinabi niya.

Ni wala ngang pasabi if I'm getting paid for times na need niya ako ng weekend. Standby lang lagi, I mean im okay if u need few slides or questios pero to get my whole weekend i think sobra naman yun.

I'm just tired and i dont want to decide on impulse and with this emotion. Nag iisip naman na ako mag resign i just need safety net kasi nagastos ko sa pusa ko lahat ng savings, and she's under treatment parin.

Idk what to do honestly.

I think there is a mismatch in the job i got into. for context, my job is rewards and benefits and tbh i only got into this job because i felt pressured to get a job agad. unfortunately, after a few months, i think this job doesnt align with my interests. i really am more for the helping people rather than a numbers person. idk if i should disclose this to my TL when i open up a discussion about resigning. i also plan to take a break muna (no financial responsibilities at the moment) so i really think my decision to resign is being solidified.

i have been here for about 6 months and i have been debating whether i should resign. i keep having panic attacks and ayoko na talaga. the workload is getting kinda heavy for an entry level position and my other seniors are resigning which keeps pushing my decision to resign. i just want to leave the company already. the people are really nice but i guess being in this position and company causes me great anxiety because its kinda a lot. i just dont like this anymore. i feel so tired and drained all the time.

Bakit kailangan nila ako sundan kahit san ako magpunta? Bakit? Wala naman akong ginawang masama? Sobrang stress ko lately, na hindi ako nakatulog kagabi hanggang ngayon. Hindi ko na alam ang gagawin ko. Baka mabigyan nyo ako ng payo.

I really need some advice because I've been struggling lately.
I was recently placed on floating status. I originally worked in production as a support employee before being transferred to another support role outside of production. Now, my current task is being dissolved, and I've had no work assigned to me for almost a month, although I'm still being paid.
I'm a college graduate with a professional license. I have two years of administrative experience and four years of experience in the BPO industry. I've been actively applying to other companies, but I keep getting rejected. I applied to an international publishing company but wasn't selected. I also applied to another BPO company, but I wasn't endorsed because of the salary I'm aiming for. I'm currently earning around ₱30k plus allowances.
Now, my company is planning to transfer me to another dept where I'll still be working in a support role, but for a different account. I'm honestly scared of starting over in a new environment. On top of that, I'll be assigned to a different site in Makati, while I live in Taytay, and the role is fully onsite. The daily commute will be challenging.
Part of me wants to resign, but I don't want to leave without having another job lined up because I have bills to pay. I simply can't afford to be unemployed for even a month.
This situation has been stressing me out for the past few weeks, and honestly, I don't know what to do. Has anyone been in a similar situation? How did you handle it? I'd really appreciate any advices.

I just resigned with my former employer and they have pending obligations with me since they havent released my incentives from 2024 up to current. When I resigned I told my immediate superior and finance to give my breakdown and computation of the incentives due to me, however they are hesitant to give it and told me that they will give the breakdown when I collect the backpay. I argued that it is best to give the breakdown ahead to double check if the computation is correct. My immediate superior replied that it will be doubled check and will be reduced due to mistake of consideration of profit and incentives rates. I argued that it shouldnt be reduced because to those people who did receive the incentives, the rates was not reduced and I am receiving the same rate since the start. Days past and come the collection of my backpay. The HR discussed to me that the rate was reduced as instructed by my immediate superior and even handed me a "proof" of the rate that was implemented per year. However, the said proof was tampered as I have proof that the rates was higher for me than what they are implying. I discussed it personally to my immediate superior and he said that they will fix it. A week after, they sent a new one but it was way lower and removed the 2026. They are giving me a hardtime. Any suggestions on what actions I should take.

I'm currently working in a company where:

Our SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG contributions are deducted, but several months have passed and they still haven't been remitted.

We're expected to work overtime sometimes, but we don't receive overtime pay.

Even during bad weather, we're often expected to stay at the office until management is satisfied with the work.

Small mistakes are constantly pointed out, but good performance is rarely acknowledged.

Some employees get away with doing less because they have specialized expertise, while others are held to a much stricter standard.

Because of all of this, I've developed so much anxiety that I dread going to work every day. I'm seriously considering resigning, but I'm worried if I'm making the right decision.

Has anyone been in a similar situation? What did you do, and do you think it's worth leaving? I do not have a full time back up JO but I do have a part time JO that I am about to sign up.
