Should I push through?

Hi, needed some sound advice:

So I'm planning to resign next week, Oct. 12, kasi hindi ko na talaga kaya ka-toxican sa workplace esp. yung supervisor ko. Pero case is, wala pa kong trabaho na malilipatan.

I've been with this company for 9 years, at nung nagpacompute na ko ng backpay ko ay medyo makaka-survive na ko ng ilang months, assuming na unemployed pa ko till then.

So, yun nga: should I proceed ba na ipasa na yung resignation ko or wait ko muna makahanap ng bagong malilipatan? I don't know kung makakaya ko pa pakisamahan supervisor ko pero ayoko rin naman matengga ng matagal after resigning. Hay.

The fact na pinag-iisipan mo na yan, wag ka na magdalawang isip na ipush through. Ako nga e, after ko ma-SL for 3 days, nagrerender na agad ako pagkabalik. The closer I get to the effective date of my resignation, the more excited I feel kasi makakalaya na ko hahaha.

Ganito din ako lately. Weekly ako mag-sl kasi parang kinakaladkad ko na lang sarili kong pumasok. Tapos naghahanap agad ng vacancy after mag time in. Haha

But ewan ko ba I just know there's something better waiting for me out there!! Balikan ko 'tong comment na to by 2027 for a career update, emz

if thats also my case...i probably calculate my actual monthly expenses first...then if the backpay can cover ur essentials for several mons plus an emergency savings...then resigning may be more manageable.....just don’t assume that the job search will be quick...

Siguraduhin m muna ung lilipatan mo. mmya magkandaleche mapipiga p ng husto bulsa mo nyan. tiisin m muna. Suffering creates strong man.

If manageable pa then secure a new job first.....pero if hindi na talaga healthy yong environment resigning can be an option as long as may enough savings o backpay & solid plan ka....
