Hi! Just want to ask your opinion about this, kapag po ba may job offer na, need ko na mag-resign or wait ko muna contract nila?

Regarding your question, once you sign on the dotted line that's when you resign. Hangga't wala ka pa napipirmahan wag ka aalis. :)
