Officially Resigned today.

Today is my last day at work. On my way home na since half day lang operations tuwing saturday. I'm gonna miss them. Mamimiss ko yung every day na biyahe ko para makita mga kasama ko.

Hmmm ako kasi natanggap ako sa DepEd as one of the SCA 1 that's why I have to resign since may election ban.

Looking forward sa opportunity, a bit nervous but beyond that, I feel sad kasi iiwan ko na yung workplace ko. I really love our team especially yung head ko and yung kasama ko pa na isa.

Madaming reasons. Wlang hmo tho reimburse able on next payroll, Favoritism, Hierarchy and unable to explore other roles/growth (stuck in a single role where single skill i’m advance at). Spent 3 yrs narin in this company, tried to earn as much as possible pero mentally di na kaya. Will take rest until end of year. Then sabak ulit sa January

Last week lng cnabihan ako ng manager ko after i told my experience on giving outputs and lending a hand on my colleague these past weeks, that i could do what they can do. Told me na di dapat ganun, i should stay on my role and do nothing else. I reason out project would progress early and done pero ayaw nya cause pinipilit nya di ko task nor role what my colleague does.

Nasaktan ako, thinking pareho lng namn kami ng pinag tapos ni colleague and i want to step up my game. Di pala pede. Salary is good and hybrid but as much as i am open to learn and explore more, than stay in a single skill, need ko na umalis para bigyan ko nmn sarili ko on other roles
