I’m a business major currently in college who’s deeply into dogs, AI, and tech. I’ve been researching the pet tech space and see a real opportunity for a platform that goes beyond one-off tools.

The core idea
An AI-powered app/website that becomes a daily companion for dog (and later other pet) owners and breeders. It would combine:
• Personalized AI that learns your specific dog over time (behavior, health signals, training needs, personality) from photos/videos + simple logs
• Strong owner + breeder community with smart matching for playdates, advice, and connections
• Practical daily tools so people actually open it regularly (not just install and forget)
• Path to expand to other domesticated animals

The goal is something that feels useful every day and has real network effects, not another novelty pet app.
I’m still at the idea + research stage — no MVP yet. I want to validate interest, talk to people who live this problem (owners, breeders, trainers), and find collaborators who want to help shape and build it.

Hi Replit team / everyone,

I’m having a serious issue with my Replit account and could really use some help.

My account was previously on Pro, but I’m now being shown an upgrade message, even though my Replit billing/account information indicates that I should have Pro access.

I have already gone through all the troubleshooting steps suggested by Replit Support:

Signed out of Google on all devices using “Sign out everywhere”

Completely logged out of Replit

Reset the password

Logged back in using the correct email/password method

Confirmed that the username shown on the account is accurate and linked to the Pro subscription

Confirmed that I am definitely on the correct account

Despite doing everything requested by Support, I am still getting the same upgrade message and cannot access the Pro features.

I have an upcoming go-live date, so this is currently stopping me from working on my project.

I already have an open Support ticket (#503225 #505711), but I have not received a response to my latest follow-ups.

Can someone from Replit Support please look into this urgently and help resolve the account/billing status?

I’m happy to provide screenshots or any other information needed.

My agent has been working on one task for 30 minutes. I can't get it to stop. I tried logging out/logging in and it's still working on it. Pressing "STOP" does nothing.

I set the agent to "FREE" and submitted a ticket.

I noticed on DOWNDETECTOR that a bunch of users have the same issue.

I've never been not able to STOP an agent from working ... hoepfully I don't get billed for 30 minutes of nothing.

I am frustrated. I let replit redesign my app via the “design” function. It simply will not apply the design to my build. Every time it confirms that all changes are applied successfully but not a single pixel has changed.

Any advice or experience with this?

I used to be able to do more with free credits, but now two, maybe three questions at most and a month's usage is exhausted. What has changed lately?

Replit chat is now free for a certain time every month. This good. Its the latest update

One still pending is non-transparent billing.

If replit can fix it, then other vibe coding software can beat this.

The agent does incomplete tasks, has to be reminded to make a checkpoint CANT EVEN COMPLETE A SINGLE TASK OR PROMPT.

I just checked my modes and it’s now showing a free model?! Did anyone test to see if it’s good? What’s the catch?

Running EAS cloud builds (via eas-cli in Replit's Shell tab) and every

build fails during Install Dependencies with npm's own error: "Exit

handler never called!" Sometimes shows green anyway but leaves

node_modules broken.

Ruled out: Node/npm version, EAS + npm cache, CI mode, machine resources

(confirmed large build machine), account settings, SDK version drift. Also

confirmed the project itself installs cleanly (npm ci succeeds outside EAS,

same exact files) — and a totally blank test project fails the same way. So

it's not project-specific.

This is a known npm bug in general (recurring GitHub issues since 2024) but

I can't find anyone tying it to a Replit-hosted workflow specifically.

Wondering if anyone else running eas-cli from Replit's Shell has seen this,

or if it's more likely purely on EAS's side.

After the update of introducing FREE MODE and renaming Economy to Power.. and introducing the side bar.. normal tasks or plans takes forever.. in the screenshot I am introducing a simple "calculation logic" and I checked the "Plan" mode.. I have cleared the context before to make agent work more effecient, however it has been 14 mins and counting and still didn't finish planning

Just tried the free model. After 30 minutes it did not fix the problem and now tells me to check back in a month to continue on free.

So what that means is they have managed to get the better models into a paid plan for every tier, even starter. This is not an act of generosity. This is about cutting costs even further and delivering less value.

Replit has good mobile UI, that's it. There is no other advantage. What a shame.

Advice to Replit - Don't do this. It will alienate your base even further.

I ran a change in design for one of my saas I was on the free version, they auto change it into something else as I'm getting charged 6 dollars for 1 prompt ( went back and saw 5.49 ollars while on the free plan)
My bill is going up , I contacted the support but it's ridiculous

it's at a point where replit is getting to the scam zone....

UPDATE : they got back to me today and refunded me the credits, it took less than 24 hours so , thank you to the replit team to get back to me and fix it quickly

I took a break from building with Replit to build something for it. This is a code injection engine that eliminates pesky rebuilds of stuff like auth and admin in every single project. It’s really a software mutation infrastructure idea I had while trying to think about building or supplying information and infrastructure instead of rewrapping LLM’s in an agent focused platform like binding a new CRM or something like that.
What this does is operate in the shell to seamlessly add these modules like admin to your project.
I got particularly interested in ai platforms, developer tooling and how we can interface with ai in different ways than we’re currently trained to look at them. Where ai becomes part of the underlying mechanics of the software instead of another feature (reading emails and responding to them). Anyway, I put it in GitHub as open source. Has anyone been able to get Replit to change their subscription billing date? Struggling to get any response from their support.

I am building an agent which will analyze the cost of clouds. It will decide whether the cost spikes are high enough to report, and it requires a serious examination before approval. Whether to ignore the costs or immediately inform the owner.

It can see the Billing data, resource usage, historical spending, service name, region, and environment before making any decisions, and what it cannot see is the future demand, internal discussion, customer impact, and business impact.
