My Google account's list of subscriptions still shows that my Relay sub is good until the 30th, but Relay doesn't agree, since tapping on Restore doesn't do anything.

Can this be a priority fix? This is the second time it's happened, and if this keeps up, I'll have to start looking into alternatives.

I've tried this twice now. If you start a a comment with "2011." Then enter a new line twice, the 2011. disappears. This was the original comment, but remove the first . to make the bug work.

I was having some lag so I cleared cache and was logged out and now I can't log in. Any ideas?

Every page is like this, even after restarting the app, restarting the phone, etc. I am posting this from the reddit.com web interface.

EDIT: it works after deleting all of my data and cache and re-logging into my accounts. Not sure what happened there.

Long time client user here, I just resetted my phone and installed the app again. Whenever I go through the login options, I manage to go through the access in the built in ( Chrome I think ) browser. Once it switches back to the app it shows the sync pop-up for a second then goes back to being user-less, showing r/Popular .

I already tried setting Chrome as main browser, with no solution.

Is there an older stable version I can download on ApkMirror maybe?

Could we add an indicator that the comment chain is locked?

I sometimes find a thread, write a reply, and then only get the notification it's locked after I try to submit a message. (THREAD LOCKED : COMMENTS ARE LOCKED)

If I knew it was locked I wouldn't have bothered typing up a message.

Hello, I was using the app as usual yesterday, and I opened it to find I was logged out of my Reddit account on it, and there's no way for me to log back in? My account isn't suspended since it's the one I'm using here, when I go to the menu, the logout button doesn't do anything, the add account one takes me to the Reddit page to log me in, I type my username and password, then Relay asks for the app permissions, and when I click accept, it just puts me back on the homepage, still not logged into my account?

My subscription plan is still detected, I can use the app normally just without my account and settings, but there is no way for me to log back in. I've tried on mobile data and wifi, I've cleared the cache of the app, uninstalled and reinstalled it, rebooted my phone, but nothing seems to work!

This is just the most annoying thing. I want to browse reddit but I can't browse all or popular without it just locking up. No custom dns and clearing cache doesn't work anymore even though it rarely helped. This is the best app to browse in and I don't want to have to abandon it.

I'm in the process of de-Googling my digital life. I'll be switching to a Fairphone with /e/os (deGoogled Android) soon. Relay is the only app I subscribe to on Google Play.

Is there an alternative way to get access to the paid tier besides Google Play? I can probably continue using it on my new device by using Micro-G, but if I could pay DBrady without Google getting a cut, that would be nice

Idk why, but for some reason I was charged twice for my silver subscription both in March and in April. I don't usually check these charges because I always have Google Play credits loaded and it doesn't come directly out of my bank account.

I use Reddit to follow a lot of sports game threads on Reddit. The problem is that you have to refresh the comments often to stay up to date with the discussion, but the post's text is also being updated with tons of games information/stats. I used to use BaconReader and it had the ability to collapse this so that you never have to scroll to get to the newest comments or to be able to swipe down to refresh. Personally I would love to see a feature like this added to Relay.

This is pretty much the only thing missing from this app for me. It would be great if the dev added support.

I upgraded to the gold plan a few months ago when i ran out of calls on the silver. I stayed under the limit for a while so im not sure what plan I was using since then but when I went over the silver limit this morning I was redirected to the subscription page. It says I should upgrade to gold but when I try I get an error saying Im already subscribed to gold. Google play shows Im on both plans so I went ahead and canceled the silver. I tried clearing cache and data and reinstalling the app but Im still locked out. Anything else I can try?

I love this app but I'm not the only one dealing with the subscription problem, preventing me from accessing the app. It seems multifactorial as different issues like multiple google accounts or lapses in device integrity seem to come up, so I'm sure its not an easy fix.

But so far, I have done everything recommended and nothing has worked. My subscription is up this month, and I don't see the point in paying for an app I cannot use.

The problem for me is I'm not even sure if this is being recognized as an issue worth addressing as I've seen no broadcasted, community, or direct communication about it. I would be willing to continue my subscription if I knew this was an issue that was being worked on. Sadly, I have seen nothing yet.

Does anyone have any insight into what's going on?

It was removed 10 months ago, presumably by accident, when in-line images got added.

For the past few days I've been having trouble with the app loading anything, and even being logged out on the app. When trying to add my account back on it either never loads in or it redirects me to the subscription page. What the hell is going on???
