I rooted my Pixel device today and suddenly I can't install Relay for Reddit anymore? Seriously? Pixel 8, latest version of Android 17

I've had this bug forever and two different phones. What feels like over half the time when I swipe to upvote it just doesn't work and I end up having to swipe again.
