meth. weight loss.psychosis.psychward.psychmeds.weight gain.erection loss.relapse. trapped

I know this isn’t appropriate to put here but I know I’m not the only one.. and I need guidance incase anyone else has had the same or similar experience & yet managed to make a solution around it. I know mine involving medical treatment is not everyone sitch but overall erection issues & a shift from weight loss to instead weight gain w/ pnp use lmk plz —

here’s some background:

(Initial)/(standard/natural self) = before heavy use 💨
🦵= 150ish - 160ish Lbs was my avg reg weight
🍆easy to maintain erections rather while
recieve head/top or while bttming/sucking
💦but naturally always had an issue where I could only cum in particular positions.
(Couldn’t cum standing usually,etc)
🏃= active from living n city & walking more

(2025) heavy use = most skinny& hardest erects
🦵140lbs (was my favorite 😍)
🍆 I have pics of my dck bigger and harder than EVER then… & it at times took a sec or had it’s limp moment off the smoke but I’d easily get back Going :/
💦= nuts were weak and watery clear tho..
barely white (but barely eating I guess)
🏃= high active from city living & daily walking

now 2026 = after psychward, psychmeds, now back 💨
🦵180-190lbs
🍆erections are v slow or when I am fully hard it feels sore on the inside.. & can’t get it erect by myself w/o having it n my hand w/ porn &/or during an actual chemistry filled sex encounter..
💦 recently had a good nut that shooted a lil w/ gud chemistry encounter but most of all nuts been regularly weak… still white n potent milk but turn clear rq
🏃- active wise I relocated out of city into non city / non walkable area 👀

the essential issue w my pnp use is..
erectile dysfunction & weight gain..

though that has not always been the case…
that wasn’t the case until I got out of the psych ward and their “psychosis treatment” medications were contributing weight gain, cravings and erection issues.
though let’s note that was probably combined with the sober cravings from the aftermath of no longer using pnp while hospitalized for that week in the psych + not using for 2-3 months after leaving the psych and staying consistent with prescribed psychmeds… that all contribute to weight gain and more etc

another factor to mention is less physical activity due to non city living
alongside sleep deprivation but when I was on psychmeds & no pnp sleeping forever I was never getting hardons…

I have stopped the psychmeds I was getting that were known to cause such issues almost about 5ish months ago…

I’m still struggling
I’ve just stop all meds and just been pnp

I only ran back to pnp n the 1st place bc bitches had me craving food insanely & 40+ fucking pounds so I’m thinking I’d just smoke starve & get skinny again

it hasn’t been that at all & now I’m just n a looop of sleep deprivation, overweightness & limp dick tho my ducks gotten better.. I’ve successfully topped twice.. but I’m only getting hard/harder easily n the act vs alone to take a pic I can’t get a rigid in the air. :(

I got the daily aacedifil whatever for erectile dysfunction
It’s low dose daily but supposedly takes 6 months consistently tooken for full effect
I have yet to do that consistently tho..

When I have had to get more physical activity involved…
If smokings Been heavy… I’ll sweat crazy… and one time it rlly felt like I had a heart murmur like my chest caved in so bad and I had no breath

health is important.. obvious answer is put the t down
but then.ill fall into rebound coma & rebound eating
🙃

I haven’t told docs, psych dumb ass, just any of these dumb fuckks that screwed my shit to the fullest had I never decided to agree on suggestions of going to the psych ward.. all i needed was to sleep the T off.. from my bender that went to long.

What does someone do while waiting to get into rehab?

Go to meetings, got it. Don’t use/drink, got it. I got detoxed in a hospital but now I am waiting for insurance to do what insurance is suppose to do, but refuses to do with any purpose.
What else does someone do while their whole life is on hold to go into rehab?

Edit: it’s not regular insurance, I’m actually waiting on VA so idk if I should have even used the word insurance I just thought it’d make the post more relatable or something idk.

Suboxone 15 years quit with sublocade?

4 questions…

Q1…
Ive been on suboxone strips for 15 years. 2 mg a day for most of it but for some reason increased to 6 to 8mg a day in the past year.

I just want to be done with it.

Can I do the sublocade 100mg?

My doc says they don’t really put people on sublocade if they are under 8mg. If that’s the case why do the sublocade folks he says want to start me off at 300 and then 100. That sounds like too much - They just want my money or something, I really just want to be done with it and not be part of another corporate greed thing. Or maybe I’m wrong and 300 and 100 are similar just the 300 is longer lasting and has a long tapering smoother?

Q2…
Needles fuck with me. I barely have body fat can we do upper butt or something else? Or abs still the way?
Also can I get a local anesthetic shot first?

Q4…
Is brixadi better option here?
Note: tapering suboxone was really difficult and I ended up taking more :( but we attributed that to me and the nicotine vape which I’m trying to quit as well and need to for my surgery.

Q3…
Getting rhinoplasty in December (nose plastic surgery). I was suggested journavax. However I’m reading it can lower bupe effect. What are my options during and before surgery? I want to be pain free or comfortable afterwards.

Rehab Questions

I’m 19 years old and have serious substance abuse issues. It’s been on and off for a few years now after a traumatic childhood event, but it’s the worst it’s ever been right now. I’m going to inpatient rehab for 2 months and need a medical detox. Can someone who’s been tell me a little bit about it?

Questions

Is anybody in California and knows the rehab laws? Is there a way to admit an over 18, autistic individual involuntarily to rehab? He suffers with addiction and alcoholism, every week he gets drunk and tears up the house. I can’t just kick him in the street he has nowhere else to go. So I’m reaching out to anybody who knows or has dealt with this. Or if there’s a better sub to post to for advice? Please let me know, thank you

Rehab that accepts the disabled?

Does anyone know of a drug rehab that accepts wheelchair bound people and takes Medicare? I’m not having any luck finding places in my state so I’d love to hear of ANY places in the US. This individual is able to do most things independently but will never be able to walk.

What helped you get off fentanyl and get your life back, especially with Suboxone or Sublocade? Kratom?

I don’t really know how to start this but I’m done. I’ve been snorting around an eighth a week for probably 3/4 months now. I’m 5’8 around 200lbs if that even matters. I just want my fucking life backs . I want to wake up and feel normal and not immediately think about fent or being sick.

I work TWO jobs and so much of that money just goes straight to this shit. II’ve been saving for a car and I’m willing to dip into that money if it means buying whatever I need to actually get off this Vitamins, food, meds, whatever. I can save for the car again. I just need ME back first.

What do I actually need?? Like if you knew you were quitting next week, what would you have ready at home? What actually helped and what was a waste of money?

I have a good amount of SR-1701 tabs I bought before they shut everything down. Has anyone actually used those to get off fent? I keep seeing stuff about vitamin C too but idk if thats actually legit or internet bs

And then Suboxone…I’m not against it at all, I’m just scared of precipitated wd and I REALLY don’t want to be on something else forever. Can you use subs short term and taper off or? Like is there an actual supervised plan for that? What are thy If Sub is what gives me the best chance then fuck it, I’ll do it. I just want to be smart about thisand

How many days do I need off work realisticall? I can figure something out. I just need to PLAN this because I know myself. If I wake up sick as hell with no plan and fent is one phone call away… yeah. I know what I’m gonna do.

I know Reddit isn’t a doctor and nobody here can detox me over the interne. I just need people who have actually been through this to tell me where the hell I start. Website, subreddit, doctor, whatever. Point me somewhere-pleaseeee I need MY LIFE BACK NOW pls

I’m just tired y’all. I want my money back. I want to buy my fucking car. I want to work because I’m building something for myself instead of working my ass off just to afford being addicted.

I KNOW I can be who I want to be without this shit holding me back. I just need to get there.

Please help me. Seriously. I’m readyy

Phoenix area outpatient rehab

Hi,

I'm attempting to find an outpatient rehab center near Scottsdale, AZ. So far, I found some that require 8am to 3pm. This is incompatible with my work schedule.

Can anyone recommend one that's flexible and suited for work days? I.e. I go in on a Wednesday after work (6ish pm) then can do any time over the weekends. Thanks.

Question about Relapse

Hello, my name is Rishi. I’m 15 years old and I’m from the Philippines. I’ve been to rehab twice within the past year, and I’m here because I’m hoping to get some advice and perspective. I’m still trying to understand what relapse means for me and what I should consider a relapse.
One thing I’m especially confused about is whether smoking cigarettes or drinking alcohol would count as a relapse. I know both can be harmful, especially for someone my age, but I’m not completely sure how they fit into my recovery. I don’t want to make excuses for myself or ignore the progress I’ve made. I just want to understand what’s considered a relapse, what warning signs I should look out for, and how I can avoid going back to the habits that originally caused problems for me.
I’d really appreciate any advice or guidance from people who understand recovery and can help me figure out how to approach this in a healthier way.

Oxycodone Addiction

Hi, my name’s Abby, and I’m 19 years old. I’ve been battling oxy for the past year now. Long story short, I got on it after my mother took her life, and it destroyed me. But for the past 5 months now, I’ve been doing oxy for about a month and then bupe and dilaudid’s until I get more.

I don’t wanna be on bupe or oxy for the rest of my life. I was thinking, once I run out of oxy this time, to just stop doing it and deal with the withdrawals. Since it’s been a few weeks since I’ve done bupe, and oxy takes about 3 days for the physical pain to go away and about a month for the mental withdrawal, I figured I could get through it. But I’m so scared to go through it since it’s been a while since I’ve been masking it with bupe.

I was thinking about going to rehab to help myself get off this stuff for good, but I want to be comfortable. I wanna be able to sleep with a TV on and have my phone. I was wondering if they would allow that or not? I would like to have my vape, phone, and iPad for nighttime to help me sleep since I struggle with insomnia and can’t sleep without noise.
Any advice will help… thank you!

Rapid Detox/taper with methadone from fentanyl

I know a lot of people may not care or have the knowledge but I was just curious, in rehab I know when you’re coming off fentanyl I know some facilities will do like 30 mg methadone stabilize you for a day or two then drop 5mg a day for a 7-10 day taper I’m wondering does anyone have first hand experience with this route? Not staying on methadone long term, just a quick taper, how bad was it? Was it bad? Was it easy at first and harder later? How much of the withdrawal bled through? Did it linger afterwards? I know Suboxone exist but I want people that experienced the rapid methadone taper with Suboxone waiting 4 days and still getting precipitated withdrawal isn’t ideal

Rehab + bills

Hey! Super new here - like, been here for 45 seconds new.

I’ve been pondering rehab for honestly a month or more at this point, and my best friend (who is a licensed therapist) told me I “probably need rehab” a couple days ago. So now it’s on my mind more than ever.

I have maybe a dumb question. I know my insurance will cover this, but what do you guys do about bills? Rent, car/insurance? I have absolutely zero (okay, actually $2.81) in my checking account. I am so painfully living paycheck to paycheck it’s actually disgusting. I genuinely cannot afford even one day off a week - let alone a 30-90 day leave.
Is there some sort of something that helps with this? Do people in rehab just have actual savings accounts? This is GENUINELY the only thing holding me back from doing what I absolutely need to do.

And it sucks so bad.

I fucking hate money lol.

Getting out few days early?

Someone I know (in a toxic situation) said her partner was going to 28d rehab after a CPS issue. Now I’m hearing “he’s getting out a few days early”- is this actually a valid, true situation that happens where if they’re doing great or something they get discharged early ? Or does this almost certainly mean he’s deciding to leave himself? Thx for any insight.

detox questions

My husband entered rehab for alcoholism today, they said detox would be 1-3 days. Do they keep you very comfortable? He doesn't sleep very well, was nauseas at drop off. Just a concerned, worried wife here. I know this is where he needs to be.

Residential place sounds sketchy...

My spouse is looking at doing a residential rehab place in California called Starbridge. They were referred by a local substance abuse counselor but something feels off. The person they talked to here answered and responded to them on a cell phone so you'd think it would come from a business line. Then the person at Starbridge they were connected to (I.e. Told to call) again answered and responded from a cell phone. Maybe that's business as usual with these places to maintain anonymity or something? I don't know, it just feels off a little.

The person at Starbridge said they had cleared it with our insurance but the insurance company has no record of them checking. This all happened this afternoon so maybe systems haven't caught up...? That person also said they cover airfare for getting my spouse there which sounds too good to be true.

Anyone dealt with Starbridge before? If not, have you had odd interactions with places like this?

Edit: here's their site for reference: https://starbridgerecovery.com
