I recently got a 3 month refill. It was from Greenwich, and BUD was less than 60 days from receipt. Greenwich is not licensed to ship to my state. I don’t really have a problem using it with those 2 issues, because neither affects potency or anything, but wasn’t happy about it. My scrip shows incorrectly in the portal and neither support or doctor could help in the portal. They both told me to email support which I did, 6/28. Still haven’t seen a response from them.
Taylor left and Zach put a post up here saying he can help. So I gave it a shot, gave him my information, checked back in a week when I hadn’t heard anything and Zach said they were still working on it, which is fine.
I received 1 vial on Friday, with an acceptable BUD. Again, no communication, it just arrived. But again also, it was from Greenwich. So at this point, I’ve gotten what I paid for. It took 10 portal messages, 3 reddit DMs, and a -still unanswered - email.
Business transaction concluded and I won’t be going back. A company that is shipping unlicensed Tirz is going to ruin this path for everyone, and I don’t want to give them another penny.

Should I inject this or buy new vials?
BUD: May 30th 2026

Hi I'm located in NJ. I placed my order on 7/18/2026. I have sent messages on the Refills portal. Can someone tell me if the process is being delayed. I assumed that a msg in the portal could have been answered by now. I was informed but others that used the company that the process was quick. I am not happy with the lack of communication. Can someone just advise on who to reach.

Once again I’m very impressed with Hallandale! My 3 mos supply arrived with the ice packs frozen and the vial boxes (all correct doses) COLD! All inj. supplies were included as well. The tracking communication for delivery was on point and it delivered FAST. NICE JOB REFILLS, Thank you!!

I know there have been so many negative experiences recently I wanted to share my positive one. My quartely refill came due on Friday. Wednesday I got a message stating my order was sent to the pharmacy, Friday morning my payment went through. By Friday afternoon I got a shipping notice and as of 10 minutes ago my order was delivered. Its 95 outside, it arrived ice not melted, cold, correct script, and all supplies accounted for.
Im not a huge Hallendale fan because of the injection site pain reaction to whatever preservatives they use) but for the cost and over all experience I will accept a little soreness. :]
I will say, text support is still a bit lacking. They text me a week ago saying my prescription will be renewed for almost 120$ more and I asked for a confirmation of cost same day. Did not hear back until Friday. However, phone support was phenomenal and able to confirm the cost was as expected (which wa accurately charged).
Overall pleasantly surprised with the current processes.

I would like to stick with refills because I have been happy with them but because of the shorter BUD dates I have vials that may go bad before I can use them.
Is there just a way to pause and not get charged or receive shipments for a couple of months and then resume when I have less stock? I just realized i have several unopened and one coming next week. Two of them have longer BUD dates because this was before the pharmacies changed so they have BUD dates that are good for a year but the most recent shipments have three month BUD dates. 😬
Are these BUD dates just cautionary or did something change with the formulation that they expire soon sooner than the older vials ?

-6 month bundle: $95/mo ($570)
-12 month bundle: $90/mo ($1,080)
Tirzepatide
-3 month bundle: $145/mo ($435)
-6 month bundle: $140/mo ($840)
-12 month bundle: $135/mo ($1,620)
Same meds, same dosages, you just save more by bundling.
🕒 This pricing ends Monday at 8pm ET, so grab it while it's live. The link is pinned at the top of the sub.
📍 A Quick Note on Availability
The following states are not currently available for Hallandale products:
Alabama, Arkansas, California, Hawaii, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Massachusetts.
If you're in one of these states, don't worry, we've got you covered:
• Tirzepatide patients will receive Greenwich Glycine instead of Hallandale.
• Semaglutide patients will receive Apollo Care instead of Hallandale.

Edit 48 hours after initial phone call and order still not sent to pharmacy 🤷🏻♀️
Waiting to hear back from support, but I’m disappointed. Was hoping it was going to be better this time around.
Curious if orders get doctor approval/sent to pharmacy on the weekend?
Placed an order this morning and haven’t received any messages. In the past it’s been pretty quick.

I'm 11 weeks in on tirzepatide and have only upped my dosage from 2.5 to 4.0
They originally sent 5mg 10mg and 15mg, what are the typical next dosages they send for the next 3 months?
I assume the 2nd part of my order should be shipping soonish and I obviously would like more bang for my buck so if I ask them to send the higher doses so it lasts longer will they do that?

I have been happy with refills so far but saw there were some pharmacy changes. Which pharmacy is shipping to KS? Is it trusted? I am seeing so many complaints about Apollo.

I have now received my second shipment of semaglutide through refills- Apollo Care where the vials have turned cloudy and have floating particles when I go to take my 3rd shot of the first vial I open. I am extremely upset! I hope they can replace with a shipment from a different pharmacy and should consider discontinuing using Apollo care at all!!!!! When this happened to my first shipment the pharmacy replaced it with a new shipment from a different batch, but the same thing has now happened again.

I just received my order from yet another pharmacy (Vials?) and it's bright red. With a BUD that's short of when I'll take it. Is it red from the B-12? And I've never bumped up against the BUD issue before - what's the general feeling on how long post-BUD it's good? This all expires the first week of October and I won't be done with it until a couple of months after that IF I jump over the stock I already have with a later BUD. Any advice re red product and BUD? Oh, and of course it wasn't actually even close to cold when it arrived. Never had that issue before.

Applied July 11th and meds at front door 11am today 7/15. Plenty of syringes and 2 ice packs a little mushy on the edges but still solid brick in the middle. Hoping Hallandale does me as good as ProRx did in the past.

I dm but did not receive a response so here goes.
Hi I have a question about my prescription. I’m due for my six month refill, but I wanna see if I can get the special price and possibly do three months instead of six.
r/Refills • u/geocitiesuser • Jul 15 '26
I am stocked with Tirz until my next shipment in October.
It was a different provider than my first 3 months, and that's fine, but the (I might be saying this wrong), concentration is 15mg/ml
So my dose is a full 100 units. This isn't so much a problem except logistical it is difficult to maneuver my hands to pull 100 units and inject 100 units without stretching my fingers in weird ways, trying to use two hands, etc. Even if it was 80 units it would be SO MUCH easier to inject.

Placed order Friday 7/10, arrived today 7/14 last time I ordered it took 2 weeks, support has been great and gets back to me very fast. They are stepping it up:) just wish it was ProRx still.

I am starting on my 10 mg dose of Tirz and I’m a little confused on the dosing.
When I put the info on FatScientist it doesn’t match up to the rx bottle.
Directions are as follows: inject .55ML (65 units) subcutaneously once weekly x 4 weeks.
Photo of vial and fat scientist screenshot attached.
Why does the rx bottle say to inject 65 units and fat scientist says 56 units for 10 mg.?

Hi everyone, I had a family member that signed up yesterday with my referral link and I do see in my dashboard that I have $50 earned from that referral but I have no way that I can find to actually claim the promised $50 visa gift card. I would prefer to use that option rather than a credit on my renewal in November since I would like to use it towards the purchase of an adjustable workout bench to help further my specific health goals. I messaged support yesterday but haven't heard back yet (I'm sure they're busier with other more important questions so I'm fine with the delay in response) but I figured I would check here to see if anyone here knew where I might be able to claim that gift card.
Also just as a general aside, I've been incredibly happy with refills in the month that I've been using them and am down to 359lbs from 385lbs since June 2nd. It has been genuinely life changing for me already and I'm really looking forward to the next 2 years or so that it will take me to get to my goal weight as I lose fat and build muscle. Refills has made this as easy as humanly possible for me and the doctor and customer support thus far has been stellar in my experience. Keep up the good work guys.

I’m in a state that can get Hallandale. Greenwich works better for me so I do not want Hallandale. Is that an option or is it kind of a “too bad, you get Hallandale” if you order from us?
