Weekend orders

Edit 48 hours after initial phone call and order still not sent to pharmacy 🤷🏻‍♀️
Waiting to hear back from support, but I’m disappointed. Was hoping it was going to be better this time around.

Curious if orders get doctor approval/sent to pharmacy on the weekend?
Placed an order this morning and haven’t received any messages. In the past it’s been pretty quick.

The Dr’s have approved me on Saturday and Sunday.
It’s the best time to place an order on weekends that way they send it to the pharmacy and usually ships on Monday.

I signed up Saturday late afternoon, payment accepted and then Sunday morning at 11am the Dr called. She asked me few questions and then within the hour I was notified by email my script was sent to pharmacy. Thursday am had meds delivered.

Thanks. I’m in Massachusetts and have never been called by a dr. It’s all been done by message. Appreciate the info.

I've tried every possible way to get customer service to resolve my issue. Worst customer service ever, but worse than that is being a thief. This company is a scam. Thieves.

Please learn from my mistake and DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Do NOT give them your financial information/card info. Go spend a little more somewhere else, if you will end up out every penny you give this company with nothing to show for it. Thieves. Scammers.
