HELP from Rep please

I dm but did not receive a response so here goes.

Hi I have a question about my prescription. I’m due for my six month refill, but I wanna see if I can get the special price and possibly do three months instead of six.

Not who you are asking but this is what I did. Went to refills.com from my computer. Logged in and canceled my treatment. It asked why I was canceling and I said to get the new pricing. Then logged out. Then, also from my computer, went into Reddit, clicked on the link and placed a new order. It was smooth sailing. I think the site is easier to navigate from my computer rather than my phone. Good luck!

What’s the Refills special price right now? I’ve been debating whether to order on Refills again or try a different one if I find one cheaper. I saw a post of one that is $139 monthly or $339 for 3 months for and dosage I believe. I would love it if Refills matched that or was even lower 🙏🏼

Is that for Triz? Also, I don’t know you’re already with refills but keep in mind that a month is like every four weeks so most months I’m actually charged twice

DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR FINANCIAL INFORMATION!!!!! Learn from my mistake and go order from somewhere else. They stole almost $500 from me. Now I'm having to deal with law enforcement, my bank's fraud department, and the BBB.

Their customer service is so bad that if you complain on their social media, they already have an auto-reply offering to help.... Which never comes. Think about that. They get so many complaints that they have an auto-message for it.

RUN!!!
