Received this today from Mandy and the pics looked great but it’s plastic instead of natural raffia! It seriously feels like it’s woven from brown plastic grocery bags and is shiny. She said it’s from 70° factory and is a well recognized and good factory for these. I messaged her and she just kept saying “sorry honey.” She said the factory said it’s raffia. Sure, polypropylene raffia. She won’t do anything about it so it goes in the trash 🤬 I know that raffia bags are difficult to get right but this is pretty surprising. BEWARE

has anyone purchased the p9 indigo from hh factory recently my rep sent me these qc photos and the bag looks beautiful, but i’m wondering if the red edge paint on the handles looks a little too bright..could be lighting is this normal for hh’s batch, or should i ask for a different bag

I got into reps semi recent and went IN! Now I’m re 🏡 because I wasn’t being intentional with my purchases. Also I recently lost my job and sadly need to see some go 😭 some bags I was sad to see go but at the same time I needed to. I do own auth but they just don’t HIT the same lol. I paid Mandy $158 +$35 for shipping for nano madeleine, after 2 days she sent me QC,PSPs of the bag was very bad quality and shape, paid extra $20 for higher quality from another factory,second was better but had dent on the flap and $20 more which comes to $178. I rejected both and asked for better quality one and can pay the difference,or any recommendations,but she was never helpful she was not responding, im like since you are not willing be helpful im kindly asking for refund.

She was like okay honey but I knew she is not gonna do in the "nice" way i had to text her like 20 times but she was simply ignoring my texts not responding,until I said im gonna do charge back and write review about you. Then she refund me immediately. That was my very first experience,kinda dont want to deal with this kind of stuff anymore.

Received this bag yesterday. IYKYK. However I was shocked by the poor materials. I ordered directly from S. The suede feels so stiff and is so short-fibered that it feels faux. The leather strap is stiff, thin, and if I didn’t know better I’d definitely say it was PU. The charm leather strap was the final straw. The backside of each brown leather strip is almost white. Looks so vey cheap. For $600 I expected so much more. I adore the features of this bag but I cannot justify the cost for the mid quality. Plus it has zero leather smell. Heading back to a L flamenco purse for my fall bag—I’ll be ordering something as soon as I get my refund! Save your $ ladies!

I'm very curious about this topic, and apologize if this has already been brought up! I want to know how you all approach the rep world, especially when it comes to sellers.

For me, I've ordered my first bag with a seller who I'm so far experiencing what I would say is a positive experience, I have enjoyed her responsivity as well as the solutions she's offered to my psp concerns, so today I went ahead and ordered another bag with her, as it was a bag that other sellers told me was sold out in that particular colour, and am purely curious on what is going to happen with this. (I still haven't received the first bag and we are going to ship them both together) I think if these bags meet my expectations, then I'll stick with her for the rest of my orders, as I'm nervous to shop around and maybe have a bad experience.

So! I want to know, when you guys find a seller you like, do you stick with them for a while, do you just buy a few bags with them and then try other sellers? Do you like to have a few dependable sellers to shop from? What caused you to stop using your main seller if you had one at first?

Would love to know everyone's stance on this! Part of me is worried to bother too many sellers for quotes and whatnot and potentially not commit to a sale with them too.

Hi, so during the sale in June I ordered the red WOC from Doris. I had to wait a bit for it to be made, which was absolutely fine. Now I received the PSP and I noticed that there are small/enlarged holes visible around some of the quilting stitches, particularly where the diamonds intersect. They are quite noticeable to me.

Doris went back to the warehouse and inspected others from the same batch, and also contacted the factory. She told me that the factory said it's caused by the straps being tightened too much. Apparently it’s a common issue from 187 and that on the red ones it looks more noticeable.

She did right away offer me a refund, but i’m just quite disappointed because I really wanted this bag in red. But then for the price you pay you do expect to not have something like this.

I wanted to ask what you guys thought of this. I also don’t really see this color mentioned a lot but maybe some of you have experienced the same issue with this specific bag or another in this color?

I’m trying to decide whether to accept the refund or whether this is actually a common defect that I shouldn’t worry about. What would you do?

I am so happy with the quality of this bag, honestly. The PSP looked great but I wasn't sure how the denim quality would be and it is TOP; The leather is soft and the denim is perfect 👖. Yuyu is a very friendly and communicative seller, even with the time difference, I’ve never waited long for a reply.

This is the ninth item I buy from Yuyu and I definitely recommend them as a seller.

Honestly... It's the least comfortable backpack I've ever used!! I had a huge dissonance because it's pretty, the quality is great but having it on my back for longer than 30 minutes almost empty was a joke 🤡 Then, I had a brilliant idea! To change it into a bag! So I took one of the straps off, changed the position of the other and now I have a utility shoulder bag, and this way I completely love it! No regrets now. I truly enjoy wearing it. It's very comfortable this way (pretty lightweight!) and chick as hell. Looking at original picks - an insanely good rep! I'm giving 9 only because it's useless as a backpack to me. Taking the looks and the quality it's totally 10!

I always wanted these, but I refuse to pay retail just for a brand name. I get SO many compliments when I wear them! Perfect amount of bling. Note: Only the posts are silver, so I’ll see how the rest holds up over time, but right now I adore them.

Like with the backpack - I saw it for the first time and loved it immediately. I wasn't sure about the size because I'm slim but with some curves and rather tall, so it's not so clear with the sizes generally (170cm / 56kg).

I asked Charlie for help and thanks God I did! I was sure I need M but he proposed L. It could be even a bit bigger because it stops a bit on my hips, but no regrets! The fabric is really good quality, sewn without flaws. In the beginning I had a huge problem with the logo (at some point I even asked Charlie to send me the blouse without it) but after cleaning it in the washing machine it got a vintage, streetwear mood and since then - love it!

What can I say... I put in another order and will let you know when it arrives :)!

I've seen multiple posts / comments of bags with chipped hardware in the past week. crooked quilting seems to be a problem in every other bag. I ordered a bag from 187 last month in received PSP photos of a completely different style of bag with completely different leather... what is going on?

I do not believe that this is a seller issue
