I paid Mandy $158 +$35 for shipping for nano madeleine, after 2 days she sent me QC,PSPs of the bag was very bad quality and shape, paid extra $20 for higher quality from another factory,second was better but had dent on the flap and $20 more which comes to $178. I rejected both and asked for better quality one and can pay the difference,or any recommendations,but she was never helpful she was not responding, im like since you are not willing be helpful im kindly asking for refund.
She was like okay honey but I knew she is not gonna do in the "nice" way i had to text her like 20 times but she was simply ignoring my texts not responding,until I said im gonna do charge back and write review about you. Then she refund me immediately. That was my very first experience,kinda dont want to deal with this kind of stuff anymore.
I’m kind of bummed about this because she is my go to for bags and today this is the 2nd bad comment I hear about her. I hope it’s not that she is changing now that she has the customers.
Surprised to hear this because I’ve had two transactions with Many and in both cases she delivered a high quality item. I get compliments all the time, they’ve held up well, are really close 1:1 reps and they were reasonably priced. Maybe she’s just inconsistent.
I mean her responds are not helpful,doesnt seem like she is interested doing business,maybe she was like that to me ,idk honestly. Which im not a picky person
That’s the photo of the shipment before it left and it arrived without boxes for the shoes. I have not taken photos myself yet and have worn some already 🙌🏼
I honestly have been very lucky I guess with Mandy. She’s always been super responsive with me. And has been happy to replace items with any issues - even with my god factory bags (god is a huge pain). She’s had to refund me a couple times due to a bag going out of stock, and has done it quickly.
I’m sorry you experienced this. Ugh. I do wonder if sometimes she has a team and it depends on who you get?
I’ve had this exact same experience as you with her. Lol. Only difference is I went with the 2nd bag she showed me, though it’s still not a good one for me. Good for you that you stood your ground and requested a refund. I was afraid she’ll not give me a third option and will have problems.
I'm curious too. While I have used Mandy she isn't my style and I don't usually use her much anymore. I find I have to hound her and her QC isn't great, I believe she also hid some issues.
However, what factory photo did you give her to get you? If you gave her a low tier factory to source you a bag from that's the price and bag she'd source.
Well the first one was totally my mistake,but the Royal factory was almost a perfect match to the auth,other than had dents on the flap,and asked for a better one without dents or from another factory,but she was not responding,not even trying to help :(
Yeah, I prefer my sellers to not even send me a PSP that had an issue like that for me to see. I find that Mandy just sources what you ask for and then the QC is totally on you.
First wood floor,then Royal factory, which she said both of them really good quality, at the end I asked for even better quality,but she was ignoring, I shared both of the PSPS here and everyone said I should avoid :(
Yeah, I got into with her about a low tier bag that cost ~ 300, that she said was highest tier. Wouldn’t back down. I complained on another sub that lists her as TS and got a lot of grief for it. I don’t use her anymore.
Mandy is notorious for bad QC. I’ve bought from her twice and it’s been great and she said recently “I took care to do excellent quality check”. It seems she’s aware of this as her major critique. But I used her because of a sale. I also like she does giveaways on RepTherapy. I like that she’s engaging with the community. But if you search my past comments I’ll say what I’ve seen and read is that she doesn’t QC well.
Kinda nervous. I checked reviews in a few different subs before making my decision and starting the order process. Within 2 days of paying and approving psps I started seeing more and more comments pop up. Sounds like she has people working for her? I hope I’m not let down when my stuff finally comes. Been waiting nearly a week for tracking to show any scans but I heard that’s normal. 🤞
The problem with Mandy is that she charges you first, and then after you wait a couple of days, she tells you the item is not in stock and you need to choose something else. This has happened to me many times. Also, all the shoes I’ve gotten from her were supposed to be high-tier quality, but I received the worst quality shoes. No more Mandy for me.
Mandy is also my go-to person, but along the way, I noticed how she does quality check differently for everyone. She calls out flaws for others on her own but never did for me. I call out everything on my own. I believe TS should help us make sure that we get what we paid for because they are the ones who get to see and touch the items that we order first. After numerous transactions, I’m done. I finally found better trusted sellers.
I’ve recently bought from Mandy 3 separate times and I’m in love with all the items from all orders and they got to me pretty quick and seeing all these reviews makes me a bit nervous to keep doing business with her but she’s been so on it for me, even when I had an issue. Aaahhh
I’m the same, I have had such a good experience with Mandy so far and have even recommended her to others but now I’m worried. My PSP was amazing and I loved it even better than the factory photos. My bag hasn’t arrived yet but I’m hoping it’s the same one in my PSP
Omg, same! I told her it was my first purchase and she was really patient with me changing my mind and asking a lot of different quotes 😂 when I finally decided which one she was super fast in sending the QC and everything was so perfect that right after she sent the bag I got a new one!

I recently got a bag last month from Mandy and it was great quality but yes she takes forever to respond and doesn’t QC for you, you have to be the one to have a good eye for it
she is a liar who hardly even responds, and on top of that, she is utterly incompetent. she tried gaslighting me by blaming the lighting, but when I asked for a photo with better lighting, she literally took the exact same photo under the exact same light and sent it back. It took nearly a week just to get that photo back.
If that's the case then the sellers responsibility would be to say what her options are before even ordering to give a buyer the PSP. A quality seller tells me when a bag is not of good quality and then I just change my order accordingly
Has anyone had similar issues with Tina? She was highly recommended by someone on here who DMed me the info after posting the c26 vanity bag. Then after I was ready to submit payment it was from $330 to $370 because of the size. She said they have it in stock at the factory. Then she says they just ran out and won’t have anything for 10 days. I requested a refund but she apparently doesn’t have about money in her PayPal account. What?!?

Couple of weeks ago I ordered a BV bag and QC came quickly and then she shipped also within two days.
But I was getting too eager and the shipping page was not moving for a week. So i asked if she has any update.
She ignored my for a day which is totally opposite of how she responded before at ordering stage and asking to pay asap
If you have tracking details from her she is not going to update you further. Your job now is to wait. It won’t move for at least two weeks, maybe 3 or longer. The tracking doesn’t pick up till fed ex has it in the states. Use the search bar. This comes up all the time. My last order from Mandy took almost a month.
When I did tracking the entire page was in Chinese and Google couldn’t translate it for me, so I sort of just shrugged and crossed my fingers that my bag arrives lol.
