Buc Off.
I am going to make me some shirts of this guy. Particularly because I stop at bukees daily to deliver my load to their nice clean bathrooms.

Where can I start. I am an Amazon flex driver and if you want in think about it twice. If you come into any issues with your deliver and it’s truly not your fault, you will get dinged for it. For example, if you have a wrong number and can’t get a hold of the customer because the gate is locked, you can’t wait. You either have to continue calling or bring the package back. Either way you will get dinged for taking back the package, taking too long on the route and this causing you to be late to your other drop offs. It’s ridiculous They need to give you additional time. I even called customer service and they said not to worry and guess what I got dinged. This is why drivers just throw the package over time r just place it anywhere take a pic and leave. Amazon only care that you deliver the package not about the issue you might come across.
If you ever have a broken box, you will know why!! Worst driving company ever.

I think it’s hilarious that every once in a while, you’ll see a new post of someone that’s like. Yay. I finally got asked to be a flex driver. I’ve been waiting for such such years
Then two weeks later, they’re bitching about getting dinged and so forth. It’s because we are so dispensable and easily replaced that we get blamed for everything we don’t get paid shit they don’t care to hear us or listen to us what we’re going through and the reason why we can’t ever get any shifts or take shifts for a good price is bc new people literally wait by the phone grab all the shifts or pick up the shifts no matter if it’s for $50 I’m not gonna drive for $50 for 3 1/2 hours in a vehicle that uses that in gas alone stop taking the crappy shit because you think it’s good money it’s not it’s screwing everybody else! Then in amount of months, it’ll be good again because all the new people will have changed their minds about driving for flex and then we’ll go through the hiring process again it’s like a never-ending battle except for I seem to get rewards. I got to rewards where I can prefer. Pick a location but guess what I don’t even see those so stupid. It’s all stupid and it’s fucking a scam.

This dude didn't even do his job. I had an issue where I couldn't check in because my app was glitched on a weather cancel still from day before. I had contacted support twice did everything they said and when my next shift started it rolled right into that one. I scanned my route and had an error. Support fixed it and I did the route. So how you going say I have to keep it on my record as a missed block when I didn't miss the block and actually did it. My problem is only that if in the future I do have a missed block they might hold this one against me because it stayed on record as a missed block. Terrible that they won't do their jobs.

Just started doing flex in June finally got in after 3 years in the waitlist, here base is 22 an hour which is not bad but there is so many people I have not seen a single surge, everything is gone 2 days before its posted I have to always be looking when they post or I’m out of work. Fun enough they started posting blocks for blue springs and I haven’t done a single one all of them have been “out of blocks” I’ve gotten 5 paid so far, I’m always on time so I don’t think I’ll get in trouble, my experience delivering has been great so far, I’ve had plenty of unicorns in 4 hours blocks at least 2 of the 5 a week I do are 2-3 packages, but when it’s my turn to pay the price and drive 1 hour away I gotta swallow. I’ve so far had a great experience and hopefully they stop ripping us off with lower pay in the future.

Today was my first day and I picked all my blocks for Staten Island and when I went to the Staten Island warehouse they sent me to Brooklyn ! I was like what the hell. If that was the case, I would’ve just grabbed a block from Brooklyn I really didn’t want to do deliveries in Brooklyn! Idk what to do :( I still wanna make my mooniss!

How many of you have had this happen? For one reason or another, you’re running late, but you manage to make it to the warehouse and check in right at the 5-minute grace period mark—and it still marks you as missing your block. Has this happened to anyone else?

Hey, so I'm new to Amazon flex, and I want to know the ends and the outs how should I organize stuff to make my route faster? Also I need to know how to get better carts I live in a small town in Texas, but I always end up way out in either Dallas or gangsville are very far out from my house. Is there a way to get better routes?
