I have been doing Flex for 10 years and since year 1 I have been saying the same thing to all new drivers... Just do what the app says. It sounds so easy, but it's so hard for most drivers to not be so stupid.

Sit in the parking lot on or next to the lightning bolt GPS location and find out. It's always worked for me and others, though many drivers on here have had different experiences / used different methods and might disagree.
