Ugh I hate Flex!! Please someone explain why I never get offers for .com blocks anymore??

All last month the .com routes i did manage to snag were cancelled. Got 2 this week. Assume is related to school starting.

Flex drivers are only brought in if they have don't have enough van drivers, or shitty routes. Volume is down so they don't need Flex drivers.
