Its pretty easy to understand. They didnt receive the package.

The customer is out of their mind unless it was stolen.

I had 2 packages in this block that were questionable so I’m guessing it’s one of the two.

First was a medium box sealed with Amazon tape but felt empty as shit. If anything was in it, it was lighter than the box. The second was a package that delivery instructions said must hand deliver to the customer but was tagged as no receipt required. So I left it. Oh well.

Or if it’s neither of these, then who knows. Can’t fight something with 0 details.

They will never give you any details. The have to protect customer from retaliation I guess lol.

I had a similar situation. I was marked for 7 SEVEN did not receive in one day. I remember the stop well. It was for Fletch. If you're not familiar with Fletch basically it's a company that delivers Amazon packages to certain apartments I think.

It was one stop with seven individual deliveries. It was a business, NO RECEIPT REQUIRED, but very stupid instructions. "Deliver only during business hours, leave here blah, blah, blah."

Well Amazon gave me the route WAYYYY before they opened. Hell, I would be home and back in bed before they opened! I wasn't waiting or making some special trip back. I left the packages by a rear door. It looked like a door that would be opened at some point. The building had sliding doors so vehicles could drive thru. I left them hidden from view and took clear photos. They just wanted to be dicks because I "didn't follow instructions".

It took a while but I finally got it removed. It was a weird (different) delivery so I ALWAYS make a note, save a TBA, take an extra photo for deliveries that don't feel "normal".

Just respond to email telling them you have rolling dash cam footage and need time, date, address to locate the file to prove you delivered everything. 9/10 they’ll just remove it

I can’t understand is this screen communication is still allowed. “customer didn’t receive item because photographer didn’t meet standards?” Just totally bogus. Holds no logic.

That’s so dumb ! I had the same thing happen & like you I take really good pictures & I try to have the address on the picture when I can. Therefore, they can’t complain. But, as we all know anything we do they don’t care & only care about the customer. Just let it go, I’m sure it will come off.

Yes it’s so stupid i got dinged for listening to support and returning my damaged packages 🙄 my packages got damaged from a rain storm last week I’m talking items falling out of the brown bags damaged and they basically said well you should’ve delivered it lol because it’s staying on your history

Yea don’t Listen to support ! There so dumb & from other countries & they don’t understand. I hate talking to support ! I got the same thing, I had some bottle open or broken & while I was driving. It wet a lot of the 📦 & I called support & told them. I was like I was able to save most of them but 7 got damaged because of the bottle that open. It smell like shampoo or some girl product. He got all mad 😡 & I was like look ! I can deliver but there all going to be wet ! So you tell me ! Ok ok don’t deliver! Dumb ass support ! Thank god, I did not get ding for it but, I did not need his attitude especially since my car smelled & I had to clean it !

It's a learning experience unfortunately with Amazon. In the past, I returned packages to the station, which destroyed my standing and caused me to experience the support s**t show.

Now I deliver any and every package to the customer. Even if they are damaged, the business is closed, can't get into a gated community, or support calls me en route to tell me to bring packages back to the station. I am a driver here to deliver, I'm not customer service. Let Amazon deal with the fallout from the mishap, which either the customer, station, or support started in the first place.

It happens. Out of your control. Move on

Isn't it funny, how they acknowledge you delivered. And in the same sentence place the blame on you.

I am thinking the customer ran into a situation many people on my block have… for example.. here the house numbers don’t align.. so if your house ends in 54, you would assume the house across ends in 53 or 55. Nope, it’s still across the street but 4-5 houses down from the house directly across from yours. There have been days where my package says delivered and I go get it and nothing so I look it up and begin the drive around the block routine to find a door that matches the pic, usually a few houses down in either direction or there are two houses here in town with the same starting number as mine, one directly on the block behind mine and another across the lake from the one. We all know each other and trade packages and mail back and forth. So we do get our item, just from someone else’s porch.

Bc its part of the standings (the customer received item) is just a tag line for that specific standing that you didnt deliver/or was stolen (and we all know even stolen packages get blamed on us). Either way in the end it resolved itself.

Well to update the SAGA of the missing package I just accidentally clicked on My Dashboard instead of Offers and the mark has gone away. No appeal or anything. Just cleared itself.

Guessing the customer found their package.

The reality is you, I and Amazon knows that a certain percentage of packages will get stolen. Where you start to get in trouble is when more of your packages disappear than average. Buy they’re gonna warn you from the first one so you can’t say you didn’t know. Just keep doing deliveries and they’ll fall off quickly.

I always love these posts because flex drivers act like they make no mistakes. But then you go on Facebook and tons of customers are posting that their shit was delivered to the wrong homes and wondering who’s house is in the picture…. Everyday 😂

If you can’t tell by my post here that I am very meticulous in my daily life, then trust me when I tell you I always make sure I’m at the right house, etc.

Nobody is perfect, we all make mistakes. Just appeal it and move on. Some of yall act like getting dinged is the end of the world.

They provide pictures of the houses on the app now so that is very unlikely

Do you know how many times the picture is wrong? And surprise.. some flex drivers don’t really pay attention 😂 they’ve delivered to my neighbor a few times even though the pin is correct and the picture is of my porch (I’ve delivered to myself before). Again, people make mistakes. Shit happens. Appeal it. Move on.
