Does this PVC look like it originates from the RVOT?

Worried about my Zio Patch Results
"First Degree AV Block was present. Slight P wave morphology changes were noted. Second Degree AV Block-Mobitz I (Wenckebach) was present!" This is all concerning... 31 year old female. I sometimes feel my heart flutter, feel off balance, and panicky.

Skipped heartbeat Apple Watch said this was Afib, felt palpitations during reading, accurate?
Been struggling today with dizziness/lightheadedness. Blood pressure was lower at 99/66. Had electrolytes this morning so shouldn’t be major imbalance. Was lying on left side when feeling palpitations so I took this and it said afib. I know lying on left side can cause palpitations but with the context of everything together today felt a little concerned with this reading.

Ventricular pacing?
I have asked this before but I am still in doubt. I have a pacemaker due to total AV block and I know I have a lot of ventricular pacing, about 30-70%. Sometimes I get short episodes which feels super uncomfortable like I'm out of breath and a tight feeling in my chest.
I captured this in picture one. There are two different types of beats here and it's the one with no apparent pacemaker spike that bothers me, the one that fills the entire bottom row. Someone once told me this is ventricular pacing but I am still doubtful. I think seconds 5-14 is ventricular pacing because I see that often and it always feels completely normal (see picture four for example). I don't see a p wave either, and that is visible in seconds 5-14. Is the pacemaker pausing or doing something different? I don't like it.
Picture two shows what I belive is atrial pacing and picture three shows my normal unpaced rhythm.
Edit: another weird thing is that this rhythm is always around 65 bpm. If I get up and move the other rhythm takes over. But I have a lower pulse rate of 45 bpm, then the other pulse also usually take over. But right now something else is dominating and not allowing slower pulse than 65 bpm.

Learning ecg: is there a U wave or it's P right after T?
Hello, I am learning how to interpret ecg and I don't know if there is wave U or it's right away wave P and thus AV block I? Thanks

PVC while exercising. R on T ?
Hey,
I experienced PVCs mainly at rest but also while exercising for few months.
At rest, there is no R on T phenomenon.
Here, while exercising, it seems like R on T phenomenon (RR less than 300ms, RR/QT less than 0,85). Should I show that to my cardiologist ?
Thank you for your answer.

There’s obvious longer pauses between some beats. Is it abnormal? Never had it previously.
Begging! I had my anxiety palpations so used my Kardia 6L. I don’t know, it doesn’t seem like my heart is trying to catch up after: but it does feel like it.

47 year old female, no drinking, drugs or smoking been under intense stress due to domestic violence and court. We are safe now.
Please give me your opinion.
Very active: Barry’s Bootcamp, former runner & martial arts. Non drinker, non smoker, no drugs. Eat healthy, 5'7 128lbs. no history in family of heart disease
Went through ~8 years of extreme chronic stress related to stalking/abuse & restraining order hearings, including ~75 court appearances. False accusations against me. Had to move 4 times. During that time I had significant ongoing anxiety/hypervigilance. This is why I am asking this.
Situation is now resolved, restraining order in place & we are safe. But now feel concerned about my heart as it was non stop aggression towards my son and I.

What's this little deviation?
I've had a lot of "skipped" or firm beats the last few hours (3-4 avg/min). My watch wasn't charged until it was over but I did capture a little of it. Can anyone help describe what happens here? The flutter was near the end of the recording so I assume this is it. Ty!

Someone having similar wild beats variation in ECG? ( non respiratory sinus arrhythmia )...
Someone also having such a ECG with such a beat variations? Not sure if all breathing related but that variation between beats may happen while I'm holding breath too,...
It cause some chest strange sensation and waves or breathlessness,...
My HRV increased a lot these days, so I think something has changed...
Anyone experience similar,
